It was almost like she was assuring me she would damage the book. I asked her if there was anybody else that could help me, she said she was the lead and if I didn't "trust" her I can go to the San Bernardino store. That was enough for me to leave, I asked for her name and corporate number. She said her name was Nancy, and when I asked again for corporate number she walked away and said "google it". I asked her again for the number since I didn't have my phone on me, she repeated "I said Google it". There was another associate behind her, i said are you able to help me, she said "No" so quick and didn't even look at me. I said can I get your name as well, she ignored me, I asked twice and got nothing. Nancy came back in and I asked her for her coworkers name, she refused to give it to me. I informed her as a lead she shouldn't allow her associate to provide horrible customer service as well. She finally said her name was Alyssa but I'm 100% sure she was lying. Today really bothered me because I came in and there was no wait however, I was in line for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged as the two women talked about eating whole grain crackers for lunch and hot dogs for dinner the laughed and talked casually as I waited to be helped this is not the service I'm used to. On top of that they are less than helpful in figuring where my missing package that was delivered on Friday but they say isn't there.
