Covid sucks but places like Speedy Insurance deserve all the praise. Upon entering the office, I noticed they had safety measures and markers for everyone to stand so that we maintained 6 ft. Upon sitting down I was offered cold bottled water. Before this, I attempted to go into the DMV to transfer a car into my name and instead got yelled at by a guy with a clipboard saying that they were not taking walk-in's, literally wasted an hour of my life to get yelled at like I'm a school ager or prisoner. Luckily I was able to find Speedy Insurance. Nick was able to complete my transfer in less than 10 minutes. I also ended up signing up for insurance since I now pay $45 less than I have been paying for the last 12 months. Do not give this insurance agency your hard earned money, there is a fee for everything (paying online/paying over the phone/ paying inside the office etc...) and all these "Brokers" want is to rip you off saying you are getting the best deal out right now for your insurance rate but charge you a Ridiculous amount of money for your initiation fee and not give you any information other than a price for you too pay. They are never honest with you and all have a lack of communication TRUST me they will even fill out your paper work wrong and put down a random car on your insurance that you have to pay for, but if you cancel it because you found out they were ripping you off THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE(they do this too rob you again)!!! This place is a stressful headache that no one deserves to go through especially when it comes to them taking advantage of your hard earned money. PLEASE take this review into consideration and don't work with insurance agency's especially this one, they are not helpful they are not honest they are not trustworthy all they care about is robbing you for your hard earned money!!! read more
