I am a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. I want to emphasize on that. I placed an order for a sweater before Christmas because I thought it would be nice to gift to my boyfriend a picture of our dog that passed away. I before submitting the order I confirmed I would receive it by the 25th. I called and the person that answered couldn't give me a clear answer, she told me that they needed to order the sweater, then it would take a few days to print. When I asked for her name she hung up on me. Given how upset I was they told me I could pick it up and they'd refund me the expedited shipping keep in mind they didn't even bother to apologize or follow up. Make sure to test your shirts by washing them. I ordered a batch of shirts from Yes We Print and received many complaints that the design was cracking after 1 wash. I reached out to Jennifer and this was her response "Hi Michael, sorry for the inconvenience but probably the items were not cured well. We will make sure to double cure your next order. Thank you so much." I reached out to a few other shops and everyone said that this was unacceptable, and most likely the cause of cheap ink. You have been warned. This place is a joke! I walked in Wednesday morning at 10 AM with a simple order four T-shirts on V- neck light colored shirts. The sales person led me on this website to order the shirts I changed one to a long sleeve gray. he said they would be done Friday morning. No email no text confirmation that they're done or not gonna be done. I show up at Friday at 10am. He tells me the shirts have not arrived come back at 1pm. I drove home waited till 1 o'clock not one email or text that the shirts did not arrive I show up at 1 PM. He gives me 5 plain white T-shirts and apologizes. The shirts never arrived! If you're going to get a project here printed, don't pay in advance like I did. These guys don't know what they're doing. They're not honest and true business professionals! I gave my rep, Fred, simple words to screen print on front of a shirt, and he came back with an awesome custom design without me even asking. They were printed and ready for pick up about 2 days after I ordered them. Super-fast service! If you are very specific about your design, or just don't know what you want, you can speak to a rep who can help you through the process. You can even come by their showroom 6 days a week to get a consultation.
