Best experience that I've ever had! I have dealt with 3 high profile screen printing companies while starting up my clothing line. One company was a bit over priced and the quality wasn't that great so I moved on to a second company which in short was an absolute nightmare! Taking months and months to complete orders and doing a horrible job ruining hundreds of shirts. Finally I went to Deluxe. I can't put into words how wonderful the experience has been. Elsie is the person that you will deal with as she runs things amazingly smoothly over there. Sonia is who you go over your graphic art part with and she really knows her stuff and makes everything very easy! I dropped off designs and clothes and had everything finished and back to me within a week and a half. And most importantly it was PERFECT!!!! The second screen printing company told me something couldn't be done (as far as picking up the details of a design on the shirt) they tried to do it and ruined over 50 shirts, Deluxe however was like "oh yeah we can do that no problem" and sure enough the shirts turned out exactly like I envisioned them!! :) Deluxe doesn't do the most flashy advertising on all the forums or sites (which unfortunately I got suckered in to) but that's because they don't have to. They do a good job creating repeat business. I had very simple questions, and this company made me feel nothing short of insignificant. ONE simple email reply to my query in the past 3 business days. The last words the owner told me on the phone (after I'd expressed my dire need for someone to reply to me email) was "someone will email you by the end of today... I promise..." It's been 3 full business days and no one has responded. This is not how you treat potential clients that are looking to establish a professional working relationship with you.
