The sprinkler system was on and the pipe that had been fixed was gushing water. We called Autumn Rain for over 2 weeks and never got a call back. They eventually blocked all of our numbers. DO NOT use this company.

After waiting a couple days for the wet areas around the valves to dry, we realized that they were leaking as bad if not worse than before they repaired them. We had no problem with this realizing it is a difficult project. The problem came when we called and left a message asking them to come out and check it out. A very cordial message was left every 2 days for a 10 day period and no response. We still gave them the benefit of being on vacation or extremely busy. We waited a week and called them 2 more times both times leaving a message. Still no response. At that point we realized that we paid them for nothing and hired a competent repair company to come out and fix the system. We paid 2 companies full price to have one repair completed. Long story short, I would certainly never use autumn rain or recommend them to anyone.
