The gentleman had no trouble explaining how to send the photo which I had to get myself by the way. it didn't turn out to be the best quality, but I wasn't too worried about it since I only had plans to wear it once. I went to cash out imagine my surprise when this guy turns the payment machine in charge of me $70 for one short sleeve T-shirt. I am immediately confused and can't begin to understand how that's possible. I voice my concern and disappointment that this is just now being communicate. Then he tells me I have to pay once printed. I found a different shirt for $25 and went to try and return that shirt again hoping to speak to somebody else. I said that I would pay for the time but I physically wanted to not take the T-shirt so I figured I'd at least get to $35 back for the product itself. At this point a different employee why I paid for the merchandise if it wasn't to my liking. I pointed out that the gentleman standing next to him told me that I had no choice.

Their website has a large selection of jackets, sweaters, shirts, and more to choose from with a price for every budget. Once ordered, the jackets were finished by the end of the week and at the exact quoted price, and the owner went the extra mile of delivering them to my work place. They'll get all my larger jobs and my recommendations. I needed a single piece embroidered and called a number of companies to ask if they'd take such a small job. I was met by a range of responses, with some rudely telling me it wasn't worth their time. When I called All-Color they were pleasant, professional, and helpful. They were honest, saying they'd have to work it in, but they were happy to do the work. It was a simple job, so I expected the drop off to be quick. Instead, I was welcomed into the facility and someone was brought from the back to talk about my job. They flipped out a book of fonts, asking my opinion and offering advice. They took the same amount of time advising the best thread color. Again, they promised they'd work it in when possible. Other companies spoke of six week turnarounds for a small job, so I prepared for a long wait. Instead, I received a call about a week later. All-Color is great and I couldn't be happier!
