I go to pick the car up and the girl @ the front counter tells me the total (which was what they quoted) But then she says "why did you have them replace the converter? Its a 94 you dont need that they could have just put a straight pipe on there and it would have only cost 100 bucks."I said I just had them replace what they said needed to be replaced.Why didnt they tell me that in the first place?She said "they only do what the customer asks" Moral you better know what you want when you bring your car in.
