I cannot tell you how unbelievably pleased we were with Fidel and Miguel. We were stuck with a bedroom slide out in our Tiffin Class A and needed to get home. They were so professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They were respectful of our time and the motorhome - did nothing without informing us first! Thought it was the motors, they came prepared with new ones but found it was only a disconnected wire harness. Diagnosed it and got us fixed. I cannot recommend them enough. When I asked the campground if they had recommendations, they didn't and I left them a flyer and told them to use them for anyone needing support. It was a Sunday 10am and they were there by 12, just as they promised and we were on the road by 2:30! They were a blessing when we were in a bad spot. Best service! Miguel & Fidel did an AWESOME job! I had a leak & some wood rot in the rear bunk area in my Vintage Scotty. Had them come out for an inspection, Showed them my issues & they made suggestions as to what was needed & why. I bought it a cple yrs ago with no maint history,(impulse buy because it was cute LOL) anyway, they found I had a missing vent cap and some other cracks in the roof that was allowing water to get in. They fixed that and sealed EVERYTHING! The last days of heavy rain we had, it has stayed dry, no more leaks. They repaired the back wall of the bunk area, reinforced undreneath & painted it. Top notch professionals! I recently purchased a used pop up trailer. Decent brand, but over 10 years old. Needless to say it needed some maintenance. Lucky for me, Fidel had recently done some work for some family of mine and so were able to recommend his/them (Sunny Camping RV). Fidel took care of my trailer, and me. I had it stored out of town from where I lived and so had extra obstacles. He worked with me to get a full inspection of the trailer with no hassle. I called Sunny Camping RV mobile repair today. It was my first experience with a mobile service. I reached out because my usual local RV repair shop couldn't get me in for 10 days. Spoke to Fidel he said they could come the next day at 6:30pm. I agreed and then a short time later he called me back and said they could come today around 1pm. Great! Miguel came and replaced my black tank valve which I had removed and could not get the new one installed properly. Super frustrating and gross!! The Saturday after Christmas my propane started spewing propane when I tried to turn it on. I started making calls searching for a mobile mechanic willing to come to my campground. Fidel, management had Miguel out the very next day a SUNDAY. Miguel immediately identified the problems, Fidel ordered the parts and Miguel was back out as soon as the part arrived Tuesday morning he was on his way and worked Non-Stop for the entire process until the job was done! We are very happy with the work that Fidel did on our motorhome. He showed up when he said he would. We had him install an inverter for our solar system. While he was there he checked and did repairs on other needed items that he found. So nice to have a mechanic who will come to you for repairs. Fidel was able to diagnose and correct a.very challenging electrical issue with our restored 1966 Airstream Tradewind. Our power fritzed out with a loud noise and burning odor. No shore, battery, or solar power. He was able to figure out an issue with the inverter, built-in surge protector, and burned out/melted wiring. I was looking for someone to reseal the roof of my travel trailer. I sent a request for a quote in Yelp to several businesses and Fidel was that first one to contact me. He gave me a reasonable quote, I agreed to it and he was able to come by that same day to complete the job. He was very informative and he educated me, not just about my roof, but also on other stuff to keep my trailer well maintained. The next day, I just did a quick inspection on my roof and noticed a small crack that he might have possibly missed. He informed me that this is not where my leak was coming from but he decided to send someone over the next day anyways to seal that area.
