I am an elder, Woman, Was needing a 2bdrm apartment in Mdle TN bck end of June 2025. After, 10months of, looking, waiting & much more One cldn't imagine. I Was On a tight deadline for many reasons. I had a less than desirable credit score (which I'm working on correcting that). *However, "Someone Up above was lOOking out for me & heard my desparate Prayer." For, *Mr Taylor, himself! &, What's the likelyhood?! just happened to have a 2bdrm renovated apartment/house with only One other apartment attached. Meaning Only One (attached) neighbor unlike apartment complexes & of course Neighbor's to The left & right. Have met One already. She's wonderful. My Taylor, was very understanding but, professional. His accomodation was far above what was expected. "Mr Taylor & T. Write Properties, You will never know just how much, I appreciate what You did." "Even though this is one of the busiest roads in town I've seen!" Smiles. I also do wish the Sappy trees were some other kind of Trees! Am So, glad I didn't have a New car. This is hand down the worst rental company I have ever had to rent from. I am not happy with anyone from this company. I understand running a business but they really dont care about you. It's extremely upsetting because I feel like we were excellent tenants, we never complained or anything. And still they never fixed our issues, they lied about certain things. Just awful. They are not very professional, will leave you on hold for 20 minutes and still not answer your questions, unreliable information when calling about properties, And the worst is their phone connection, every time I have called it sounds like a robot and the conversation cuts out so you only get to hear half of what they say. read more

They don't answer any emails, they don't care about their tennants or property owners. they will go months without answering phone calls or responding to your emails. we have had a great experience with twright properties we have had a few minor issues and twright was on top of sending maintenance i have read the reviews and i can say that we pay our rent on time and we have received great services when something does go wrong and as for any house or apartment they will have issues you cant blame the landlord......i feel like if you pay your rent on time then you will not have any issues... i read all these reviews i ask my self did you pay your rent on time every month because i have had nothing but the best services read more

Stay far away from T Wright if you are looking to rent a property. Charge 5% up-charge if you pay rent using a credit/debit card, Maintanence rarely shows unless you press hard (I've threatened legal action many times), unorthodox lease terms, and seriously lacking professionalism. In addition, you must pay rent in person every month as they do not have any sort of online payment system and can't even put a card on file. Shady business. Upon move out we got a laundry list of unnecessary charges including $90 for a tub stopper, $150 to trim 3 shrubs, $400 to steam clean carpets which we already had done per the landlord's request, $100 to pressure wash garage... Worst rental company ever! Rented 4 years from them and never could get anything fixed until about the 3rd complaint. And than it would be the owners family member. Perfect pre walk threw and noted all issues and we still had to pay all the picture holes and stains on floors. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy! read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. On May 7th 2018 My boyfriend and I applied for a house in Woodbury through T.Wright Properties. Both paying the $50.00 application fee. We never once got a phone call or email telling us whether we were able to get the house or not. So we took it as we couldn't get it and moved onto other houses we liked with other companies. As it was, we qualified for several houses with higher down payments and rent. And I know every company has a different set of "standards" and such to qualify for their properties. But all this peaked my interest. So on Tuesday July 3rd 2018 I emailed T. Wright Properties and stated that we had applied for the house and asking if they could tell me why we weren't able to get the house...cause we loved the house and the location. The guy informed me that it was actually still available and that he would look into it for us and see if we could still get it. He said he would get back to me asap most likely early the following Thursday which would be July 5th 2018. Well Thursday comes and again no calls or emails. I give them more time before I decide to call back understanding that they could be busy. On Monday July 9th I emailed them asking if they had heard anything? They respond back with they should know that day and they would get back to me. Well, we never heard anything back that day or the next. July 12th I get an email where they proceed to tell me that the owner of the house had pulled the house from their management. And he had no answer as to why that was. He tells me that the owner of T. Wright Properties would refund our money totaling $100.00 and they asked for our current addresses so they could send us a check. I give them our addresses and He tells me they will get the refund to us asap. A couple of weeks go by and still no refund or any contact from the company. August 1st 2018 I email them again notifying them I hadn't received it or any new information about it. They email me back apologizing that they haven't gotten back to us and that they would talk to someone in the company and get back to me yet again ASAP...well here it is October 1 2018 and I have yet to get an email, phone call, or the refund. Now that is 6 months with very little effort on their parts to contact us and notify us of what on earth is going on with the property and our refund. How does a company not know that an owner has pulled their home out from their management? And what kind of company takes application fees on said property and proceeds to not refund money for it knowing it's not even their's do be doing business with? Now I know $100 is not a lot of money to some people but to someone who is trying to find a home $100 is quite a bit. I have gotten an apology here and there when I contacted them but still.....this is not professional. read more

LENGTHY, BUT IMPORTANT: If you live in the Murfreesboro area and are looking to rent a home, these are the people to go to. Cheap rent in 3, 4, and 5 bedroom houses are always a plus, but the business they do is atrocious. I have rented from T Wright for almost a year and a half now and have had nothing but problems. We were told from the beginning our house would be ready at "this date." Long story short, we signed a lease on a house that we didn't and still do not live in. They ended up giving the house to college baseball players who needed homes before school began. We then waited close to two more months before living in the house we do now. Friends in the same neighborhood have the same stories as I do. You have to stay on top of T Wright and call at least 2 to 3 times a week to get an answer on your house if you are in the process of renting. Also, the women at the front desk are very rude. They are lazy and have the worst attitudes. Giving you a heads up on what you are getting into, but like I said, the rent is very reasonable, but the people you give it to are not. read more
