The valve cover gasket was very expensive and they were very patient and we both tried to find one on eBay and other places that was quite a bit cheaper, but never could. It was pouring oil out the back. It was the one on the inside next to the firewall of course. Once we decided we had to buy one from the dealer they replaced it very properly within two or three days and their labor was great. They cleaned up as much as possible the oil that was on the back of the engine and they were just very, very patient and very easy to talk to and the price was comparable with everybody else and it was very skilled labor. They did a great job.

The shower had no door lock and it was obvious that the damage to the door was done because it was broken into. I was very uncomfortable taking a shower with the door like that. I don't drive the care often, however every time I would use the car the same little oil drops were there. This week I drove the vehicle and noticed a big puddle of oil. I immediatly took the car to Firestone in West Little Rock. It took them only a few minutes to tell me that I should return to who ever changed the oil last time. The oil filter was not put on correctly. It was leaking all around the oil filter seal. I took it back to Precision. They took 10 minutes to try and convince me that it was something else and not poor quality service on their part. Also as a side note the Manager is the 3rd manager I've met in 3 different visits to this store. Terrible accountability and worse service. DON'T TRUST THIS STORE. If they can't preform a simple oil change correctly they can't be trusted to do anything else right. They sure as heck will not stand behind their work.
