She has been there since day one for us and helped us work through our thoughts for her very first hair cut to make sure we got what we wanted and what would look best for her, breed wise, since we had NO idea. All of the other groomers are also super sweet and helpful. I have never experienced anything other than delightful customer service. They are flexible and understanding when I've had to change appointments and patient when Luna feels nervous. I've always been happy with her haircut/bath results. Out of the approx. 10 times Luna has been groomed, they ONCE forgot to clip her nails, which they happily rectified free of charge and they ONCE accidentally clipped one side of her eyelashes while clipping her face. That was also rectified and they grew back and are even after a couple months. Not a big deal and I LOVE her long eyelashes... so that's saying a lot. The pricing is fair. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you're looking for a new groomer.

When I got a call from Dee that the grooming couldn't be completed cause Pepper's pad was a bit raw. Impressive. There is a lot of negativity about using chain store grooming. If you're in a hurry, you're probably in the wrong hobby anyway. And they are wonderful with kids. Mine love talking with the guys, helping them sort through new crabs and snails deliveries, and exploring the dozens and dozens of reefs/tanks in the store. As for the animals in the store, it's hit or miss. Sometimes there's a good selection and other times the variety is very limited. Still, it's a pretty solid place overall with good people working there, even if the prices and training effectiveness keep me from giving a full five stars.

What makes this even worse is that this isn't the first time I've seen him act like this. In my experience, he's consistently rude, condescending, and seems to go out of his way to make customers feel small. I have no idea how someone with that attitude is allowed to represent the store. Come to find that the cage I bought for $230 (I have a receipt) was missing operational wheels, two to three bowls, and two grates. It is the absence of one of the grates that makes it troublesome, as I miss either the top grate to hang yours or the bottom that prevents the bird from contact with their poop. The bowls are missing (fine I'll deal), it was a mess when I received it, the drawer is bent, and they are impossible to reach.
