The sad part is they won't at least investigate before telling a customer it's not true what you are saying. Her snobbish attitude was she beloved her pool guy. I had another company come out that same day. Turns out my PH levels were high, chlorine was low, algae on my steps and walls! Tab Pool Service has been maintaining my pool for about 5 years now. My old pool has never looked so good. Yesterday my pool man, Somorn, came even though it was raining. He spent alot of time getting all the debris out of the pool, swept the sides and did all the usual maintenance even though it was cold and rainy. The price is great and it includes their pool sweep so there is not a worry about keeping the vacuum in good repair. I don't know if they are on Angie's List but they are on my list! read more

LOVE Tab Pool Service. They are the best! They have been cleaning our pool for about 6 years, and they do a few of our neighbors pool. The man that does all of the cleaning is the nicest guy! He is always telling us when we need to have filters changed and helping us stay on top of the maintenance. He even comes when its RAINING! AND when the winds pick up, he will get out all of the furniture in the pool! He is the kindest man and such a hard worker. Our pool has never looked better. I've been a customer for over two years. I think their service really depends on who you get to service you. We had one guy, Eric, for about 18 months and he was great. Did everything he was suppose to do, answered questions, went out if his way to get the answer if he didn't know it, and was just a nice guy. Since he moved on, we've had different people regularly. The guys are literally in and out in 5 minutes despite having the full service. They don't skim or brush the pool, even though that's part of the service. On two occasions we've had to call about algae forming. The office is nice and they have returned all my calls. When I need someone to come out, they come out. But, they wouldn't need to come out if the regular people did their jobs. The tech that comes to put in the algae treatment and clean it up says that they hired new people that don't understand in the summer months you need to put in more chemicals. Well, it's their job. They should know it. I've downgraded service because they don't skim or brush anyway, and will be on the lookout for a new company because we just aren't get good enough service from the weekly person. read more

We recently had an issue with a vacuum head that we're renting from them, I left a message one evening and they had a supervisor at my house the next morning and he resolved the problem. In the past, when I've called with a problem they've always addressed it in a timely manner, can't complain about their responsiveness. I called this company to get more information about pool service. I have a fiberglass swimming pool. The girl who answered the phone stated they're not taking any new accounts with fiberglass pools. Interestingly, when I talked to one of the maintenance workers, he didn't tell me they weren't taking anyone with fiberglass swimming pools. When I was on the phone with this young lady, I didn't get the impression they were eager for new business. read more

Do not waste your time with TAB Pool Service. My neighbor recommended them and I was completely happy at first. However, the pool tech that had my house relocated out of state. The new guy was a young punk that spent all of 5 minutes on my pool per week. I would go out and see leaves, dirt and debris still in my pool right after he left. I asked for a different tech. They sent a supervisor and new tech who did a good job for one week but the quality of work declined when the new tech went solo. I asked for numerous return calls but not once did somebody apologize or offer anything. Then they had the nerve to charge me a late charge. Upon firing them I finally got a call back from the office lady whose only concern was thee return of a piece of equipment. No apology, no questions as to how or if they could keep my business, no call from a supervisor. Zero stars...an extremely poor way to run a business but a quick way to go out of business. read more

TAB Pool Service has to be one of the best pool service companies I have ever done business with. Had them over 20 years at a previous location, moved to a newer home in which the pool was in dire need of service. They recommended a local pool contractor who re plastered replaced tiles and did some electrical work. When I had TAB pool come out to do the initial start up I experienced problems with an outdated filter/backwash. The owners wife personally delivered the parts needed to complete the repairs on site Friday before Memorial Day weekend. This is awesome customer customer service! I could not ask for more.
