I didn't have to wait long before I got to go inside. It took around 30 mins from the time I got in line and walked out with my tag. The DMV rep that I got to work with was Barbara. She was super nice and helpful. Everyone who worked there was nice and professional. This was one of the best experiences that I've had at a DMV. Btw: they're only letting one person per household inside, if you need someone else to go through the process. The other person has to stand at the exit door until they're needed. They're letting children go in with the adult. Mask are required.

Thought I would try her company. I received a cost breakdown, the total was $3400. I noticed a $250 service charge and questioned what the charge was for. Apparently she charges $250 to do what takes about 10 minutes of actual work. I went to register my vehicle yesterday took me 20 minutes and I paid $2800 so the title girl was trying to collect $600 from me to do what takes 20 minutes. VERY SHADY!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
