Fast, and efficient!! Called this morning at 8 to make an appointment for my inspection. Walked in around 11am and I was out by 11:17am. Not only did I get my vehicle inspection, but I also got my windshield wiper fluid, and coolant filled for $15 extra. I am really impressed with the service and how sweet everyone was. I recently moved from Oklahoma where getting your car registration is easy and fast. I was a little taken aback by Texas regulation about doing an inspection first. I went to this place to get my inspection done because it had good reviews but regretted going. The manager was an upbeat happy person with a friendly personality but the service guy had a nasty attitude. I have no idea how inspections work or what I was supposed to do so I am waiting in the lobby for the service guy to do his thing. He comes back to the lobby and tells me "I don't have all day. Come here" I let it go but I already disliked him at that point. Then he said that my blinker light was not working and that he can change it for me for $60. I thanked him and told him I can do it myself. He got pissed off and said "why did you come here then?" I told him I just wanted an inspection, nothing else and if he cannot continue with the inspection because of the blinker then I will get going. Naively... I asked if he believe there was anything else I should fix before taking my car for a complete inspection and he said "I don't know. That's the first safety issue and I cannot move with the inspection because that blinker is not working" I took my keys and left. I am lost when it comes to the requirements for a car to pass an inspection and this guy was not about to help me figure it out. read more

The guy had me drive my car in, sit and wait while they did the computer stuff, and then told me to back the car out. Even though it was only a safety inspection, they didn't look at anything other than the VIN and mileage. Then they said it was a waste of their time doing such inspection. This is the only place I've been to for an inspection since moving to Texas 3 years ago and I will never go anywhere else for it. They are extremely friendly, professional, and FAST! The first year I had to renew my inspection/registration in Texas I was really confused; it's a completely different process in the state I'm from. This is my 2nd time having my car inspected at this location,just make sure you have your insurance policy ready to speed things up. Inspection was done for $25.50 They checked my antifreeze/coolant and showed me how low it was and offered to add coolant for an additional $10 & also pointed out my wind shield wipers weren't in the best condition and offered to replace them for an additional $18 Final cost for everything was $53.50 All done in about 15 minutes professional and efficient. This business has made an unpleasant task into a pleasant experience. It is indeed very quick, just like the name promises. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I didn't feel upsold, disrespected, or mislead at any point. The inspection cost around $25 total. The service is quick with okay quality however the owner can be condescending and rude. It's not ethical to make customers pay for inspections if they're not going to pass. That's considered taking their money. Instead of offering me service for a tune-up, which is the main cause of misfires, one of the mechanics jokes and says I may as well just get a new car. It's very insensitive to a person on a tight budget, just trying to pay for registration. This place is nice to visit if you have the perfect 2023 car with no problems, and you have plenty of funds. If you're just trying to make it through school without parents, visit at your own risk. read more
