In both cases, the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism were outstanding. For the garage, they completely transformed a basic space into something incredible. They added a new wall to create the simulator area, ran all of the necessary electrical with clean, thoughtful placement, and installed a sound system that makes the entire experience feel premium. The painting was meticulous, and the custom flooring they installed for the gym portion of the garage pulled everything together. We had them replace our roof after Harvey in 2017 with 30- year shigles. But as with other comments they were pushy to started before we got our claim from the insurance. They were timely on the install and just left a few nails that resulted in tire repairs. The roof looked good and we went with the shingles they recommended. In 2023, we started having moisture leaking into the walls in several places in our house, and with 5 call attempts to get Rios out to look at the probelms we got no response. We finally accepted we had to go with someone else or our house might get worse. I would consider anyone else since they have shown little interest in following up with a previous customer. read more

This owner promised me that my house would be left in the same condition it was in when they started to replace my roof but it was not and now several months later they do not respond to my messages asking when they are going to come back and fix my rain gutters that they left bent and missing the leafguards. We paid them a ton of money for all the work they did on my roof. They had no respect for my garden, and the landscape borders or the rain gutters. It makes me wonder what my roof looks like underneath the shingles. I'm so upset even after giving them tens of thousands of dollars. I'm going to have to pay to have some of the leafguards in our gutters replaced. Very dishonest!! read more

Called this company to give them a chance to come change my shingles and do some repair on my roof they answer but never came called them like 3 times and never came called another company in the area and they were their in 2 hrs and was doing work the next day @ 0700 am as they stated please dont waste pepole time thank you read more

Good at what they do,BUT extremely pushy!! Will talk you into extra work you aren't ready for and say he'll tote the note interest free! What he doesn't tell you is he will hound you be the bill constantly! Four or five times a week, if he's not set up for financing please stop getting folks to go beyond their plans!!! It's is interest free but his hounding is intolerable!!! I can not recommend his business practices, especially for older retirees!!!! The crew just finished and our roof is beautiful. They arrived actually earlier than expected and that's ok we are early risers. They cleaned the yard and beds beyond our expectations. Covered our pool so mess in the pool. The owner was onsite several times a day checking on the job. I would highly recommend Rios Roofing. We have a three year old house. The roof got a leak and we called rio's to come take a look. The owner said no problem and he would come out the next evening. That rolled around and nothing. Tried calling him a dozen more time and would leave a voice mail to no avail. If he did not want to do the job he should have said so at the get go. The quality of the re-roofing was done poorly. Several issue's with flashing not placed in the proper place. The roofing nails were the wrong type and popped up. Several issues and the owner did not honor his work. They didn't clean up after the job was done. I would not recommend them for any future jobs. read more

Very disappointed in Rios Roofing. Trying to overlook the fact that they kept putting our job off. We scheduled them to do a new roof before the storm. They would say they were coming and would not show up. This went on for weeks. I finally called office and got a firm date. Was to take a 1-2 days. It took them 21/2-3 days. That was ok, even though I had to schedule my time for this. The problem came on the last day when Mr. Rios told my husband that he would be charging us an extra $1,000.00. We had a firm contract and materials taken of before storm. He tried to blame it on cost of items going up. The roofers had dumped all of our plants and patio furniture in middle of yard, on top of flower bed, etc. I asked if they would please replace my patio items on porch, and he told me not unless I paid him $1,000.00 more. I asked for a copy of our warranty and he said that he had to leave. I have not been provided any warranty or given any paper work on work that was done. I used them because they were local and I thought I would have a company that cared about our community like I do. I was wrong. Mr. Rios was very rude to me, and very unprofessional.
