That they are now scheduling in September for cleaning. Very rude and unprofessional I will be finding another dentist ASAP. They also tried changing me for services that my insurance had paid for my insurance company had to call them with me on the phone to tell them that those services were paid in full.

The…read morefriendly staff were amazing; the neat colors, designs, and decor were well thought out and eye-catching! The model train that zipped around the ceiling was fun to follow and watch; the neat TVs that the children can pick and watch a cartoon or movie is just making adults super jealous that this is not their dentist appointment! My daughter got to use her senses to experience being at the dentist--the kind dental assistant explained all the tools to clean my daughter's teeth and at the end, the dentist came by to check that everything was in order before culminating in my child picking a new Disney-themed toothbrush and a prize out of the prize bin. The staff took extra precautions with covid with having everyone wear masks and even having children sanitize their hands before picking prizes out of the prize bin. It was a very warm and gentle dental experience leaving my daughter feeling secure in going to the dentist and telling me many times on the car ride home: " Mama, I LOVE going to the dentist!" Here are some things anyone considering his services should know: 1. Dr. Kampas and his staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are caring, professional, patient, and gentle. 2. Dr. Kampas does not oversell his services. We've never felt like he was recommending a service that wasn't in the long term best interest for our children's health. 3. The offices don't feel like a factory where they try to get you in and out as fast as possible in order to get to the next patient. 4. Dr. Kampas or one of his staff members calls you back promptly, even at odd hours. 5. Nobody there judges your kids. They understand that kids aren't perfect and offer encouragement and insight instead of scolding and criticism. 6. Most important - Dr. Kampas does excellent work! We could not be happier with the treatment plans and the end results.
