That was the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had your chalupa was soggy no crunch full of tomatoes. asked for sour cream instead of the nacho cheese sauce that comes with the fries didn't get it and my fries were upside down in the bag no sauces no napkins also the receipt I had to ask for after we had pulled up and they brought us out our order well the receipt didn't have the barcode so I could scan on my app. maybe they are under staffed or the manager is crap yall should definitely look into how this place is ran. that was the worst experience ever. read more

I don't know about the other reviews but I always have a good experience when i eat here. I try to stop here whenever i can when I'm on the road for work and I know I'm going to be going to Florida or coming back up from it I always stop here off Exit 39. The workers are all super friendly, fast, and efficient. The inside is clean and the food is always made right and quickly. Keep up the good work. read more

It's taco bell, what is there to really say. The food was as expected, ordered my food through the app so didn't have much of a wait time. The employees seemed nice and helpful as they asked if I was ready to order as soon as I walked to the counter. Told them I had an online order and within 5-10min I had my food, mind you, I didn't have a small order. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, cheesy fiesta potatoes, cantina chicken quesadilla, and a cheesy chicken crispanada deluxe box. Every bit of it was modified in some sort of fashion and got exactly what I had ordered. read more

This Taco Bell is by far THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too! First of all after driving for several hours, we decided to stop at this location because we were hungry. I went to use the restroom and there was two stalls. One stall was already being used so I went to the other stall until I realized it had no toilet paper. I really needed to go and did not want to wait for the other stall to open up, so I used some paper towels instead. When I was done and wanted to wash my hands, they were also out of soap!! Another customer had to tell an employee that they were out of soap before I left the bathroom. Once I was out of the restroom, my husband tells me that the men's bathroom also ran out of soap and had no paper towels to dry your hands!! Seriously??? What in the world? My question is, how do the employees wash their hands when they need to go? Maybe that was our cue to walk away from this place... Once we were ready to order we walked up to the counter to the employee who had no smile (maybe cue number two that we should have ran from this place). Our take out order was simple (bare in mind this was not drive thru order). We ordered 3 soft taco supremes - one with chicken, one with beef and one with steak. Well once on the road we realized that we got two soft taco supremes and one taco that wasn't a supreme. They charged me extra $0.45 cents for each taco (so $0.90 cents all together) and an additional $0.45 cents for tomato for the other taco, wth?? Maybe its our fault for not looking at the receipt before we left, but we thought we had three simple orders and they still got it wrong!! Plus two of the tacos was literally loaded with sour cream so I never even tasted the proteins (chicken or steak) and ended not finishing either of the tacos. They were DISGUSTING!! One more to mention is this place was empty and we were the only people in line to order three soft taco supreme and we still had to wait about 8 minutes for our simple orders! On top of that, they were out of MILD SAUCE!! Seriously? I mean come on!! Management needs to do something with this location. I will NEVER stop at this Taco Bell again. Needs more cleaning, soft drinks fountain is dirty. Change gloves if you are not planning to wash your hands for the least. Money and food is cross contamination. Please be more cleaner and more customer service. Clean clean clean and wash hands please. read more

Took a long time to get my food. Went through the drive through and there was nobody in front of me. When they finally came to the window to give me my food I asked to add a shredded chicken quesadilla and a cheese roll up. They tried to make me pull around to add the two simplest things on the menu. They took my money then asked me to pull up but I didn't pull up. Then when the manager brought the items back she was extremely rude and grunted at me for not pulling forwards. Customer is always right. $15 an hour my ass. read more

Worst customer service ever in a drive through, person taking order got a smart attitude, failed to greet us at the window or the order box area, we had to say "hello" loudly to get them to take the order. We didn't get a thank you or a pull around to the front or even questioned if the order was correct on he screen ! Guy taking money was not friendly, just took the money and finally said have a good night under his breath after delivering food .... Then I have no clue what burrito they gave me but was not the steak burrito I ordered had only sauce rice that I specifically asked for them to hold and hamburger ???? The hours of this restaurant's drive thru were 7 a.m.-12a.m. And we arrived at 11:20 p.m. And they refused to take our order at the drive thru. My friend even went to the door and asked why they wouldn't take our order, and they simply responded with a head shake and "no we are closed"... Worst customer service ever. I let them know there were 2 missing things no my burrito, and they got very upset with me. They then made another one with just cheese and sour cream (the 2 things missing from the first one). Then when I called them because I was already back on the road (I was traveling), the manager called me a liar and said she personally made the 2nd one and knew she put beans and meat on it, which she didn't. I will never go there again and was very upset about this. The clerk and the manager were very rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. I've contacted corporate. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most fast food places are rude, but this was RIDICULOUS and something needs to be done!!! read more
