tonight they didn't make any of my tacos right, i just asked for no lettuce on my 3 supreme soft tacos and they did that wrong and gave me it on all three . i got nacho fries and i didn't get cheese sauce. i asked for extra sour cream and i got NONE. my taco shell was so hard i could only eat half of it. ITS A SOFT SHELL TACO. i went there a couple weeks ago and asked for a grilled cheese steak burrito and the woman said they didn't have it i said okay can i get the loaded potatoes, they didn't have that, i said okay lemme just get a baja blast freeze.. she then proceeded to tell me it will take about 15 minutes bc the machine needed to freeze up. it was around 4pm and she was rude about it. read more

The service was awful. We messed up on one item when we ordered it. We asked if they could change it and we'd pay the difference and a guy behind the cashier starts cussing about he doesn't have time for customers messing up their orders. We visited this Taco Bell location and were excited that we could dine in. We used the automatic order screen and sat down to wait for our order. It took a little longer than expected, that was okay. What was not okay was the male employee yelling at someone in the drive thru in a rude and a bit scary way. This seemed to escalate the situation with the person in the drive thru and he continued to yell at him to the point where my husband and I were VERY uncomfortable being in the restaurant. We immediately asked if our order was ready and planned to leave. I am glad we checked our order because after waiting and the craziness at the drivethru, our order was missing items. Please do not provoke the customers whether they are right or wrong, it could have become an unsafe situation for many in the place this evening. read more

However the reason for the 5 star review is simple.... (Customer service) I placed an online order for a good bit of tacos and the line was moving slowly. Eventually I got to the drive through and they asked me to wait a moment. After a few moments he came on the speaker apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patients. he kindly explained that the fryers were not working and their staff was only 2 people. I had to change my order to accommodate for the fryers being down. I felt like I should be frustrated however I kept my patients. Once I got to the window again they apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patients! He told me that he has been working since 2:00pm and doesn't get off till 7:00am. I talked to both employees who were super nice and understanding the line behind me was still waiting and a few people honked their horns and sped away frustrated for the wait. However I was patient and after waiting only 15 min I got my food! They also informed me that they mistook the crunchy tacos and made them soft it was okay I knew they were having a rough night! So In conclusion I left happy! Why? Luke they messed your order up, you had to wait almost 20 minutes for tacos? And you couldn't get exactly what you wanted? The customer service of the two employees that night was outstanding despite their position having a busy night they stepped out of their way to apologize. I would say that most people would look at the long waiting time , the fryers being down and having to accommodate for the broken fryers as a bad experience? But I would say that the effort of the two employees working that night was outstanding! I would like to personally give my thanks to the employees working that night! Taco Bell is my absolute favorite place to eat. I'd eat there every day if I could. Yesterday after my evening workout at Dance2Fit it wasn't difficult for my friend to talk me into making a pit stop. The drive-thru was a little busy so we decided to go in and get our food. I'm trying to eat healthier and I saw a new option "Power Menu" with either steak or chicken. I was able to place my order in a timely manner, but getting the food... ‍ After waiting for the bare minimum of 15 minutes they finally call my name. The item looked fantastic and fresh, I could see the steam coming up from it. I then thought to myself, some nacho cheese would be great with this and still be low carb friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager was willing to give it to me for free. Back to the food, it was incredible. Got all the way down to three bites and I'm struggling to get what I think is lettuce to breakdown and eat. I finally give up and decide to take it out of my mouth and see that it isn't lettuce. I'm assuming that it's the end or cut-off to a packaging bag for one of their items (Pictures Included). I didn't say anything there because I wasn't even sure how to approach it. Came into the dining room at 11:45 this morning to place an order. Nobody was at the register. Three different employees made eye contact with me, but never spoke to me, or told anyone else there was a customer waiting to be served. They just went on having a conversation while they did their own jobs, or in the case of the girl at the drive-through, just leaning on the counter watching everybody else. Not a good Taco Bell. Employees have bad attitudes, extremely slow service for a Taco Bell.

The service is slow at average volume times, everyone I had contact with except one gentleman had a bad attitude especially the young man working he counter. He had the attitude as if it was killing him to be there. I have worked in food service for 13 years. I get it when you don't want to be there but if you can't fake it and make your customer feel welcome then you should find another line of work or at least not be in direct contact with the customer. My order wasn't right due to the unhappy cashiers lack of people and listening skills. Then of course I got attitude when I requested my order be corrected. Their dining room wasn't tended to. The Pepsi fountain had flat drinks and their brewed tea was old. Their condiments were empty but they sure had several employees on break. That's more important to them then their customers needs, it seems. That will be the last time I spend my time or money at this location. read more
