My name is Louanne and I came in around 4:15 or so today and ended up falling and cutting my head open on the concrete in front of their store. A young girl with long blonde hair I believe one of the managers ran outside and immediately applied pressure to my wound telling me I was okay as she saw I was crying in pain and yelled at another girl to call for help. I was so embarrassed but the girl made me feel so comfortable and assured me she did not mind to help at all and told me to stop apologizing. Then the girls gave me my food for free even though I'm the one that disrupted their work day and gave them a hard time. Another girl there was also very helpful she was a black lady helping out the girl with me! I wish I had got their names. I would like those 3 girls to know how grateful I am for their help and kindness especially the one that helped me stop the bleeding and sat with me on the ground for about 10 minutes never letting go of my head even though I said I'd be okay! I tried to post something one separate time but it did not go through I don't think. read more

This store has the best staff ever! They're all so sweet and can brighten anyones mood. Abbey is amazing and has a heart of gold, she is so good with my 35 year old son who has a disability. So often people assume he cannot order his own food but not only does she address him instead of me, she has his order and name memorized now plus goes out of her way to converse with him which makes him feel special.
