My combo
Doris M.

I haven't eaten from Taco Bell ,prob since I was a teenager. Well, idk what the reason was then, but I can tell you why I'm stopping again this time. I placed my order online with their app. That was quick & easy. You can even pick the time you want to pick it up. When I got there, the employees were super nice. I ordered the 3 Crunchy Taco Combo for my man. The Grande Stacker Box for my son & the Crunchwrap Supreme Combo for me. I asked that my Large & Medium Diet Pepsi have no ice & the regular Pepsi have ice. I get home & the tacos were so flat & pretty much empty. The shells were not crunchy, they were soggy. My Crunchwrap was as flat as a pancake, also pretty empty. If it had an actual decent amount of meat in there, it would've been delicious. Ok, now for the pop. I was handed a large pop & told it was Diet Pepsi, but, it was ??????. It was orange-ish in color, Flat, No fizz at all, It was not pop, In fact, I have no idea what it was . All I know is, when I tried it, it tasted like water with some orange rust or something added. Soooo, I paid $6.49 for : NO POP An empty, soggy taco & A flat, empty Crunchwrap. I am SO disappointed!!!!!! I could not wait to try this stuff from here, but it'll never happen again. I shouldn't even give it 2 stars, but because of the app & the very nice (but obviously incompetent ) employees, I did. Oh, plus the drive thru line went pretty fast, so that's a plus. What's better than getting your bad food quickly ?

I met a guy named Bill here. Taco Bill.

Does your Taco Smell? Bet it doesn't smell as bad as Taco Hell tastes. It does bother me that TBis so popular because not only is it not Mexican food, it's one of the worst and most vomit-inducing versions Tex-Mex food that you can find anywhere. If you want Mex, go instead to Los Mayas near the airport, or La Divina (either location). As I've said before - This is right next to where I used to live, and right by some really good places (like Tea Leaf Cafe for Bubble Tea or Marco's on Maple for sandwiches and even near a Jim's). Sometimes I would be forced to go to this location because the people I was with would not want to wait for real food to be made at somewhere like Jim's or a hot dog place or a sit down place like Royal. What a shame. So I got a taco when I came here with them. "Taco". Mexicans everywhere are crying. Ugh. The meat in the taco was so gross. It looked like dog food and tasted like dog food (not that I've tasted any dog food, but you know it does). The lettuce tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a long time. The cheese was so waxy and plastic (definitely not the good kind of waxing and plastic that I prefer). And the shell tasted stale and old and hard. Not long after I ate my taco, I got tummy cramps. Not fun. Mighty Taco always makes me sick (even more than Taco Hell), but still, "less sick" is still "sick" and I hate eating here, hate it. I used to like the Chalupas. Because I used to have no taste.

Power Bowl with chicken.

I might have given only 4 stars, but feel the need to balance some of the lower star reviews. I enjoyed my lunch experience yesterday, and I enjoyed the Power Bowl (chicken). And I have been very few places, fast or slow, where everyone was so very friendly and polite. It wasn't noon yet when I got there, maybe 11:40. So it must have been noon when guitar music started playing. Think it was timed for the lunch bunch. The simplicity of the single instrument added to the Southwest ambiance. I never really thought about Taco Bell having "ambiance" before, but maybe I'd never been in one that played guitar music. Over the past few years, I've been to this Taco Bell two or three times, but always drive-thru. Yesterday I ate in for lunch, and took a Power Bowl home for supper. Well, I had to see what the $5 Grande Nacho Box was all about. It was about excellent. Completely filling and tasty and cheesy and yummy. And I couldn't eat it all. I didn't think to take a photo until near half finished. Visually awesome on opening, it was not at all photogenic 20 minutes later. But I did have presence of mind at supper to catch the Power Bowl at its best. For $5, this was a really good salad, with lettuce, sour cream, guac sauce, grilled chicken, white rice, black beans, and shredded cheese. I had received a TB gift card for Mothers Day, so I will definitely be back in the near future for seconds, for sure on the Grande Nacho Box. I don't really care for white rice, and black beans don't really care for me. Though what I ate of the Power Bowl was totally filling and satisfying, I might not get it again. I try not to waste food.

An empty bag... thanks Taco Bell Maple

I would love to say I had a great visit and meal but I didn't even get the opportunity to place my order. I visited this location a little after 8pm. The line for the drive thru was at least 14 cars deep so I figured I'd save some time by ordering inside since the door was open and clearly they were still taking care of customers inside. As I stood waiting to be assisted (along with three other unrelated people behind me), the cashier mumbled something and then wandered off into the prep area where I assumed perhaps he was just helping get orders ready. Then after about 5 minutes he came back up and mumbled again (mask issue?) to which he repeated that the dining area was closed, and that they had closed at 8pm (it was now 8:15 and the doors were still open for walk in traffic). I mentioned to him that we were already all inside and he essentially said that the door was supposed to be locked... but we are all inside and have been... and the door is STILL unlocked... At any rate, he walked away again (again without escorting us out and locking the door behind us... which clearly he dropped the ball on in the first place. So I left empty handed and once I got outside and saw that the drive thru lane was now over 20 cars deep, that I would just go elsewhere. I'd love to add a picture of my meal but instead I'll just show an empty paper bag

Severely understaffed. You will wait at least 20 minutes before you get your food... It's supposed to be fast food.

It's tiny, tucked away in the back of the store past the engine fluids. The flavors they offer, however, are surprisingly great. Orders can be placed at the drive-thru, at the counter, simply do it online, or call if that's most comfortable. We opted to eat inside. It's a very casual, no-fuss spot with a few high tables and a bunch of chairs. The colorful furniture, artwork on the walls, and overall hospitable atmosphere make grabbing a quick meal on the spot not a bad idea. We only ordered a few tacos. All were loaded with meat, some onion, and cilantro. We asked for mild and medium-hot salsa, which was served in small, perfectly sized containers. I enjoyed my chicken taco a lot. The double tortilla held everything perfectly. The menu has plenty of interesting options. I'd definitely go back without hesitation. One more thing. The people who worked there were polite and friendly. It's always nice to experience a genuine smile when I leave a restaurant. It feels like I'm always invited and appreciated.

We were told he had to order before we pick a seat and sit down. We just wanted to settle in and look over the menu. Instead we were rushed to pick and only has so many options to pick from. Due to being sold out . We ordered 4 tacos (chicken birria, steak and cheese, shrimp po boy , and honey garlic fried chicken). A side of chips and queso , and 2 of there mango/ coco margaritas. It took 40 min to get our chips. Which we went up and asked to get them. They arrived burnt. We asked for a new batch and waa told there are no more chips (and that's why we got what we got ). I kindly asked for a refund, and the manager waa happy to help. I'm currently still waiting for the refund. The bartender was not only rude and very unapproachable, I felt like we we're bothering her. I asked what flavor frozen margaritas they had today and I was told "didn't you read the board!". I brushed it off still orderd and the drinks was delicious. Dare I say the only good thing we had that night . The bartender then proceeded to asked tables if they would like to take pictures for social media page. She skipped only our table! Didnt ask. Little did she know I've been waiting to eat here for so long , and a Yelp elite. We brushed it off and tried to enjoy or frozen treat . Food came out about a little over an hour later. Super excited to eat. Everything looked and smelled great, but that waa not the case at all. Anything that was fried (shrimp, fried chicken) all had the old grease taste and was very over cooked. The consommè for the birria taco literally tasted like cinnamon and old and the taco its self had no flavor. The honey garlic fried chicken was the best tasting one besides the grease taste that one was promising. I would probably never eat here again solely due to the service and unwelcomed feeling we received . Everyone has a bad night , but I hope this review is an eye opener for the employees , that way no on else has to feel like we did. I would definitely recommend the frozen margaritas 10/10. Im not a big drinker and it was a very refreshing treat .

I went for the chicken fajitas, that came with beans, rice, little green salad, and guacamole and sour cream. Portions were nice size no need ask for extra. My chicken fajitas were delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly, sizzled the whole time while at the table. Topped with peppers, onions and mushrooms. Normally not a big rice fan, but the rice was so good, I loved it! At first I was like 24 bucks for fatijas seemed little high, but after coming to the table, felt portion to price was good.
