Just passing through and the reviews made me nervous but the food was standard Taco Bell and the employees were pleasant.

The doors say 11, which is quite odd if they serve breakfast but end it at 10:30, google says 7 am opening, their own app says 7 am opening. I made an online order around 7:15 i got there around 7:40 ish, two card in the parking lot but no one answered the drive through speaker, the doors were locked as well. i tried to call the store, no answer, i tried to call customer service where they don't open until 11 am. If they aren't going to be open, or don't feel like opening why let me order on the app. why change your hours 4 weeks ago, approving the 7 am opening time. i have tried to get breakfast here probably 15 times in the last 6 months where they're not open until 9 or 10 am. There might be 8 employees in the store, lights on but they won't take your order after 11. Happened the past three times I've went there this month. They'll either wait until you leave or will tell you some lie such as "our servers are down". I'm only writing this so individuals who work late or want a late night snack don't waste their time. If I could give no star, I would. The employee's are rude, they took forever to get my food to me. Seems they don't clean the grill very often. No one ever wants to do the register in the dining room, I had to call them while standing there. They look at you like you should be using the drive thru only then hide like they didn't see you. Came here with friends because I was outvoted and boy was that a mistake. Dirty dining room, unhygenic restroom, slow service, and incompentant training and management. How does fast food take twenty minutes when you have one person ahead of you and three people in your party. I don't care if your drive thru is busy, I chose (my mistake) to come here to eat and should be as much of a priority as the seven orders that went out the drive thru window as I stood there wondering when they were going to start making our food. No cheese means no cheese. When you tell them you can't eat dairy that doesn't mean they should serve you cheese that they spilled in their lettuce. When you tell the manager that is unacceptable, they should remake it without arguing or debating their standards. My friends were each missing items from their orders despite waiting long enough for paint to dry. Perhaps ownership should consider putting a timer on their front counter in addition to their drive thru so the employees will care as much about the people standing in front of them in the dining room as they do the people sitting in their cars out their window. While others may like Taco Bell, in general I think it is average and a good experience here would have probably maxed out at three stars, there is no way anyone will convince me to return to their Angola location. read more

I really enjoy the fast service and the very kind employees! The location is in a good spot and its always a good option to go to after a night of cramming for exams or just when you need some food for thought. The only thing that I would love to see change is the fact that sometimes the employees forget to put sauce in the bag after I ask for it but other than that its great. read more

After waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, just to get to the window; I'm told that they may possibly be able to add something onto my order depending on what it is, I was told this is because they have "window times" keep in mind that clearly these window times have not been met all night long or ever at this establishment. I ordered a taco salad with extra salsa, a large Mountain Dew, and I asked for extra mild sauce on the side. I couldn't get the mild sauce. Was not included and the woman who facilitated the drive-through transaction was completely incompetent and extremely rude. How can this establishment not even get a taco salad and a drink with extra salsa right? Then, I call back and speak to the manager who is just as unhelpful as the woman at the drive-through window. Clearly, the employees there take their cue from a totally incompetent manager. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

Went to Taco Bell after seeing the commercial for the double chalupa. I ordered it and when I got home I opened it and I don't think there was 1/4" of meat and toppings in the big shell. What a disappointment!!! Wont be going there again! read more

Defines not trying. There were no straws near the sofa machine. The place we practically empty but no clean tables. My tray was disgusting. Not sure what the brown sticky stuff was in the corner but it wasn't from what we ordered and to top it off I watched the cashier take trays straight from where they were dropped off bear the trash, brush them with a tag and put them back in the stack. I know where that brown stuff came from now. Won't be back. read more
