I usually love Toco Bell but this store is a HUGE exception. I drove 45 minutes one way to get Taco Bell and the store was closed every app/website said it was open, however when we got there there was already a line of five people waiting and there was no sign informing us that it was closed. As we waited over 15 minutes around five more cars showed up. This behavior is unacceptable, I don't even have to try the food with this level of unprofessionalism to know that the food is DOGSH*T! Hey Taco Bell, since you don't have a customer service email, and I don't have any confidence in you online form actually being seen by a real human, I will post this information here. I invite everyone to share it, especially if this is a recurring situation. I attempted to place an order online. It glitched and I suspected it didn't go through. I called, and they confirmed they hadn't received to order. I then resent the online order on the app. It again glitches the same way. I went to the store to ask if the order was sent and place it directly if it hadn't. When I arrived, the unshowered white man behind the counter was yelling and being disrepsectful at a younger employee. They were obviously upset, and the tone was clearly hostile. The younger employee clocked out and left out the front door at that time. After being ignored for another 5 minutes, I asked for help to see if the order had been received, and I explained that if it had not, I would just replace the order. The cashier checked, informed me that they didnt have the order and agreed that I could place an order at the kiosk. I realized that I could not place an order for the items we wanted since they were online only. I asked for help dealing with the issue. The unclean young man immediately raised his voice at me and was unwilling to assist in any way, nor was he able to remain calm enough to help me. He was clearly angry, upset, and not in a condition to be around other people, let alone working. I asked for help, and he yelled at me, I asked his name, and he refused to tell me and threatened to call the police on me. All for trying to order food. After consulting with the employee who had been verbally harassed at the time of my entry into the store. I was informed that the unclean, rude, aggressive man is called "Damien." This man was verbally hostile and visually threatening. His coworkers were clearly intimitafe by his poor behavior and angry tantrums. Is his attitude and behavior representative of the way Taco Bell chooses to do business? What are you going to do about it? I strongly recommend you review cameras and video footage from your location at 647 W Main St, Anoka, MN 55303 at approximately 7:30pm to review your employees' abhorrent behavior to both coworkers and to customers. I encouraged the employee who had been verbally harassed to file a report and seek representation. As an employer, you are required to ensure your employees have a safe workplace free from threats of violence or intimidation. Do something about it. Anything less than formal disciplinary actions is a failure of your business to provide basic operational safety to their employees. read more

I have gotten food poisoning from eating the tacos. I had great service but the food poisoning came after I ate the tacos of course. But the other people who didn't eat tacos with any type of vegetables did not get food poisoning at all. Based on 1 visit today, my experience was good. Our food was assembled correctly, the proper pricing, and the place was so clean that we ate our lunch inside. The floors were clean (kinda amazing during our winter track-in ice and salt & snow). Ladies bathroom was equally clean and stocked. read more

On my last visit I went to the cashier and ordered my chalupa box, which included a crunchy hard shell taco for starters. Of course it not only took a few minutes, but I devoured my whole meal at this site, even though it was to-go. Lost my business for good. Came through the drive through. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Understood that you had to close at 8, however, due to the fact that you move so slowly, you couldn't get through 5 cars in the 20 min and then had someone come out and tell everyone that had been waiting that you will not serve them. Smart business is to close the line and finish serving those that were already there. To make matters worse, this person was rude. And told everyone to go to the Elk River store. I am new to the area and have been to this location a few times now, always through the drive-thru. I have been through many drive-thrus and talked to many people in customer service in my life, and this place is by far the best. The people working here, different people every time, have all been extremely polite and I've always left with everything I ordered plus a smile on my face. If I had to offer any criticism it'd be to throw in a couple more sauce packets but it's such a small detail it doesn't even matter. A+ read more

This Taco Bell has terrific customer service but something is wrong here. Today I went for breakfast and they were out of sausage. The 2 times before that their coffee machine was broken. Those last 2 times were several weeks apart. Maybe I'm just unlucky I don't know- but I get the idea that the staff is not getting the support they need from the franchise owner/management. The good: An excellent choice to satisfy your taco cravings. The employees are always in good moods; even at 1 in the morning. If you ask for a HANDFUL of sauce, they will oblige and give you a HANDFUL. My order is almost always correct which is more than I can say for most fast food places. Also, I love the mobile app. The not so good: The drive thru line gets a bit lengthy on occasion. Sour cream is only put on one end of the taco. If you come late at night you run the risk of having VERY skimpy portions of steak in whatever you order. As in one teensy chunk of steak in one triangle of a quesadilla. Went through the drive thru today and had to make two orders, they took my first order then told me to pull up to take the second order, when I got to the window to pay they told me I would have to drive around and wait again to make my second order because of COVID-19. Since when is that the rule? I've been doing double orders since day one. Not to mention they had terrible customer service and kept telling us to just drive around and do it again. If you have to do a double order might as well put it on one cause they won't help you. Tucked into the side of Anoka's Main Street is a little fast food gem that is open until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. It's probably one of a few places in the area open that isn't a closed old own bar. The line of cars dwindled fast and so was my wait time. The food itself was classic Taco Bell, so as long as you are expecting that quality of food, this was a perfect trip. read more
