The Taco Bell in Apopka, Florida is often packed during rush hour, but the dining room tends to be much calmer and has faster, more accurate service. However, late at night after the dining room closes and only the drive through is open, this Taco Bell becomes a completely different animal. After 12:00 AM or so every single night, the drive-thru line is insanely long and painfully slow. In addition, delivery orders placed during this time take forever to arrive, regardless of what delivery app you use. The food quality suffers greatly during the early morning hours, as well. I've received incorrect orders almost every time I have attempted to order delivery from this location, including missing items and, more often than not, inedible food. My advice? For some reason, this Taco Bell has fantastic employees and consistently higher food quality than any other location. The employees are usually in a good mood and seem to take pride in the food they deliver. Service is quick and I never have missing items. The ingredients also seem fresh (more so than other locations) and each item tastes as it should. If I had to guess the reason this location is better than others... I expect the owners put more effort and care than normal into Treating their employees well and providing the tools they need to perform their job. I believe owner has served me a few times at the window. If I'm correct and the reason for higher quality is based in good management... know that the effort has been noticed and appreciated!! Obviously, this is still a fast food Mexican joint. Obviously the food they have is still from the Taco Bell menu. To say that I'm pissed doesn't even describe it. I was so excited for the return of the Mexican pizza so I downloaded the app and ordered a Mexican pizza with no beans, extra beef and the free Doritos Loco taco that you get for downloading the app. First, we wait in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes behind 4 cars. Two of the cars ahead of us left before even getting their order. When we got to the window and told the girl that a few cars ahead of us had pulled away. We told her my name and that we had a mobile order. We get our bag, go home, and there is just a Mexican pizza WITH beans and no extra beef, no taco. We go back, husband goes in and gets attitude from one of the employees, but says the manager really cares and is trying their best. A Grubhub employee was inside and said he'd be waiting almost 30 minutes for his order! We get the food and start driving to an appointment we had. I eat my taco, yum. Open my Mexican pizza...it STILL has beans on it and no extra beef! They messed up my simple order TWICE and I didn't have time to go back and try a THIRD time to just get a Mexican pizza WITHOUT beans. This is RIDICULOUS! They had an unlit landscaping and a long line. I jumped out to get inside before they closed to use the restroom and get my food. The FOH (front of house) workers were literally so rude to me that they told me to go somewhere else and that they wouldn't serve us. Literally you can find high schoolers with more work ethics than that. I'm a server and I know the service industry. Tonight's staff does not deserve to be part of the service industry. Horrible place to get food, every time I come here the service is bad. Kids/ employees always out in parking not working. I ordered 4 soft, 4 hard tacos no lettuce and I got 8 hard ones with all lettuce and the beans in my burritos were crunchy. Service seemed very careless and rude at the window. I would not go to this location every time I go it is no good, for 15$ an hour you think people that barely have to put in hard work would do better at ur job. We flew into town after 10 and we know we only had a few places to go. My daughter asked for Taco Bell. It was 11:16 and we asked for a soft taco with black bean. They said they stop selling black beans at 11 pm. We asked for the fiesta potatoes. They told us they had no potatoes, because they were cleaning their oil. I know for a fact they have more than one frier machine. Who would clean both off them while open. This toco Bell needs learn tone prepared at all times. Just go to McDonalds like we did. Going to miss the manager that was transferred to another location. She is the only reason I never posted a bad review because she took care of things - she knew my name when the mobile order came and always assured it was right because I was a regular customer. But she is transitioning out and I feel I should let everyone know the level of care and service here now. Our orders almost always get messed up, either because of ordering through the app or just a lack of caring because of the employees. From employees freaking out when they see our order, to missing items, to missing ingredients, to the new managers on duty literally not caring about the customer. We have started going to the Taco Bell on 441 and have been happy so far and don't mind driving a little further in order to get things right and have our dinner! read more

I have never posted a bad review as I like to give mercy to most restaurants, but last night was terrible to say the least. First off I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco Supreme with other food items only to find out they never even gave me the Doritos Locos Taco. The rest of the food was horrendous taste wise. I've been to Taco Bell numerous amount of times and I know when their food is good and bad. This was bad enough for me to take out of my time to write this review (which I never do). I'm kinda glad they didn't put the missing Taco in the bag as it would of probably tasted like everything else I bought.
