I'm an Uber Eats driver and for time and time again this location has allowed drivers to steal orders and will not replace them. Taco Bell employees need to ensure that drivers are entering the order number upon arrival so ORDERS ARE NOT STOLEN FROM INNOCENT FAMILIES! 1 star. Night shift needs to do better. read more

So. My son and I have been avoiding this particular Taco Bell for years now. These people just are unable to get an order right. Tonight, on my way home from work, I just had a craving for Tacos so I chanced it one more time. And it was my last. These retards just cannot get an order right. It truly is amazing how difficult this staff makes this job seem. Less than 50% time do they actually give you all of your items. Sometimes the food is well prepared, other times it's stale or has little to no ingredients in it. Also, if there are cars in the drive thru, prepare yourself for over 30 minutes even if there is only 1 or 2 cars ahead of you. Floor was incredibly sticky. Trash can at condiment station stuffed full. Three different menu items came in the same wrapper so I had to unwrap and take everything apart to know what it actually was. They used a bag that was too small for my order and couldn't be closed at the top. The food is too expensive to have to deal with all the other crap. read more

I've been doing Doordash for 3 months now. Sometimes I'll have to wait a little while for someone's order, which is expected. What happened tonight was completely unacceptable. I arrived around 9:20PM ..The employee seemed to be friends with the 2 girls in front of me at the front of the line . The employee offered her friends "Do you want a coffee?? Iced or hot??" How about a slushie?" Finally she acknowledged me and i told her i was picking up an order for so-and-so. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes (!) along with 4-5 other unhappy people who had been waiting just as long. At around 9:50 the manager comes out and lets me know they're not doing the order. His excuse was they had too many orders to catch up on. (They were NOT that busy). So, again, they let me wait for over 30 minutes in the lobby before telling me. Neat! They've got time to make free drinks for friends and chat with them but not to actually do the work they're supposed to do. I missed out on what would've been a generous tip, my time was completely wasted, and the customer didn't get their food. And BTW, Im sure they probably placed the order over an hour before they close. Id hate to know my restaurant was being ran in such a way. Idk if ive seen such blatant disregard for customers before. They clearly decided they just weren't going to do anymore work way before they were supposed to actually close, and everyone in the lobby waited and waited for nothing but refunds (if they didn't already leave in disgust). I had my order messed up theee times and the third time there was a fucking black hair in my gordita. i'm a very light blonde. so ik it wasn't mine and it was all the way in the middle. i pulled it out of my taco like it was a string. i'm disgusted. the manager was standing in the lobby staring at the TV during a very busy rush and employees were cussing behind the counter. i will not be coming here. even though this is the closest taco bell to my house, i will drive the extra mile to go to a better one. i'm not even gonna finish my food because i've done lost my appetite. read more

So, yes before i get hate mail about reviewing fast foods i want to prefice this by saying i am only doing this to tell you of my craptastic day. So, imagine that i was hungry for lunch having been running around getting things for easter and wanted something quick. So i went there and took the food home. This is where things do downhill... quickly. Not more then 45 minutes later started my descent into hell. Apparently, im going to say it was either the cheese double beef burrito or the chicken quesadillas that were apparently bad. I normally don't review fast food places, but I just really didn't care for this location. The food was okay, but the service was incredibly slow. I understand you being slow if you're busy. If you have a total of two groups of dine-in customers (six total, four with food) and sporadic drive-thru guests (two in twenty minutes), I really don't understand what your ~eight employees are doing that makes them look so busy/prevents them from helping those guests efficiently. They have messed up simple orders several times, I will drive past this location to go to a different Taco Bell when my daughter asks for Taco Bell next. I've been to this location many times for a quick lunch or late night after the game. Service is always very slow going through the drive thru window. It also seems like this Taco Bell cannot make anything consistently. It usually order the same thing every time, and it's ALWAYS different in terms of quality when I open my food up. I usually go through the drive-thru here, but ate inside recently. The employee, I think her name was Diane, was beyond nice. She was really friendly and she even upgraded my drink for free. I know it may seem like a small thing but it put a nice spin on my day! This location usually is good during the day but the night shift workers are so lazy. They half ass everything after a certain time. Its just really sad because taco bell is suppose to be late night food but when my friends and I make a late night tbell run, this place will ALWAYS disappoint. Taco Bell. Ah yes, I have eaten at my fair share of them, quite a few times. This location has me a little frustrated. The food, quality wise, is about as good as Taco Bell is at any location. But what frustrates me is the drive through. I've gone through it when it was backed up 7+ cars, and I've been through it when there was no one. 4 visits ago, I specifically asked for 2 different kinds of sauce. The drive through was a little busy, but not awful. I got my food, set it in my passenger seat, drove home, opened up the bag, no sauce. No huge deal, luckily I keep a few spares in a condiment drawer. 2 visits ago, I ordered the usual order for my wife and I. Received my food, checked the bag, the sauce I asked for was there, everything looked fine, got home and my wife opened her wrappers, order was incorrect. Got regular tacos, when I ordered (and paid for) supreme tacos. No way to really check that while in the drive through. She wasn't too happy, but the food was still decent. Then the last time I visited, same ol' same ol', ordered the usual order, this time no one else was in the drive through line, asked for my usual sauce, the girl working the window even confirmed the order, and the order was correct on the screen, they even ask you to double check the screen to make sure it's correct. Got home, wife unwrapped her food. Her tacos were wrong AGAIN. Looked at my receipt, yep, same thing, paid for Supreme tacos, got regular tacos. Not sure what it is about the drive through, but something, more often than not, seems to be wrong. Never really had a probably with the inside, but it's easy to walk up to the counter if something is wrong, or if you need something. My advice, check everything before you leave the parking lot when you go through the drive through. read more
