After driving by this place numerous times since it popped up on my radar, my wife & I finally got…read morethe chance to check it out. We stopped here this past Saturday morning. We both ordered the Barbacoa Breakfast Burrito with the onions, pepper & potato, with that red sauce and some delicious green pureed salsa... wow it was good! I would not recommend trying to drive wile trying to handle this Burrito, the massive size and potential for unintentionally dripping on your seat or cloths is fairly high. It is well worth the few minutes to sit there in your car or on their tables, eat & enjoy. It took only a few minutes for the girl to make these up, but these 2 massive Burritos came out hot, fresh & delicious! Overall, this little gem is one of the best and authentic tasting places I have found anywhere near here. If olny they could make the Margaritas, it would become our regular for "Mexican Night." Good food, fast & friendly service and hot food with great flavor is a win, win, win.

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The guacamole and chips were the standout of the meal. The guacamole was incredibly fresh, packed with flavor, and served alongside warm, freshly made tortilla chips that were hard to stop eating. We also ordered the esquites, since I'm a huge fan of authentic elote preparado. The flavors were delicious and well-balanced. My only suggestion would be to serve the esquites warm, I promise it truly takes the dish to another level. As for the tacos, the presentation was beautiful. The Al Pastor tacos looked fantastic, but they leaned a little too sweet for my taste and were missing some of the bold, smoky flavors I associate with traditional Al Pastor, like guajillo chiles, oregano, and other aromatic spices. On the other hand, the chicken tacos were excellent. They were juicy, well-seasoned, and flavorful enough to shine without needing much from the toppings. To top it all off, our server was friendly, attentive, and helped make the entire experience enjoyable. Overall, Bakersfield exceeded my expectations. While it may not replace the authentic taco shops of the Southwest, it's definitely a solid choice in Nashville, especially if you're craving flavorful Mexican-inspired food before a night out.

The food and service were spectacular, and we had such a great experience with the friendly staff and welcoming customers that it actually became one of the reasons we decided to buy a home in Pleasant View. We highly recommend Qued Up to anyone looking for a great meal and an even better experience!

We ordered wings, tacos, and a loaded nacho-style platter. The wings came out crispy with a nice dry rub plenty of flavor without being overly greasy. The magic dust was a lot had to shake some off. My friend had the tacos were fresh, topped with crisp slaw and a good hit of cheese, and the sauce on the side added a nice kick. The nacho plate was piled high with tender pulled brisket melty cheese, and plenty of toppings to share. The only complaint I have is that the potatoes was bland when it was boiled. You can tell that the bbq and brisket was the only thing that flavors it. It was disappointing. Portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The sides were solid as well. The jalapeno cream corn had a creamy, slightly creamy and sweet that paired well with everything. The potato salad was a classic creamy version, which helped balance out the spice from the wings. Service was so slow the server was running both bartenders and server. Even though it was busy, food came out hot and. On Fridays they have live music, which adds a fun vibe, though just know it can get a little loud if you're trying to have a long conversation. Avoid Friday if you just want to grab something to eat. Overall, a great casual spot to hang out with friends, enjoy good food, and take in some live tunes. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu!

Very cool salsa and Mexican condiment bar; we loved the pickled onions mixed with nopales strips, and the pineapple/cilantro mix. The green medium heat salsa was awesome as well; there were two different red sauces; one was 7/10 spicy (it was solid), and one was too spicy for me to use. When in doubt, ask :-) We ordered the esquites appetizer; it was a small dish of corn off of the cob with the appropriate dressing/cheese, and served with chips. Flavor was right on, but the corn was not grilled and didn't have any char. They should change that. We ordered 4 tacos; pastor, gobernador, published and carnitas. The pastor was a slam dunk 10/10. All it needed was some extra pineapple from the condiment bar and a little bit of the spicy red salsa. The pibil was spot on classic; tender, juicy, warm spices. The carnitas was good, but would have benefitted from a little time on the flat top to add some crisp to the tender port; it also screamed out for salt. The gobernador was a classic Veracruz preparation; tender shrimp, roasted poblanos, chihuahua cheese. Total without drinks plus 20 percent tip was $36. Highly recommended for very authentic tacos in Clarksville.

The selection of tacos were pretty good because they had so many different types for each meat such as beef, chicken, seafood (I was shocked to see blackened salmon), pork, veggie, and more. I used the kiosk to place my own order and to my surprise I found the secret menu. I got the mad cow taco off the secret menu with steak fajita, refried beans, and corn and the democrat on the regular menu was beef barbocoa, avocado, and salsa. Something I loved about these tacos were the FLAVOR as it was well seasoned and flavorful!! I get the hype now! Even though this was a fast casual spot, the service was amazing. The staff was awesome and kept checking in on our table to see if we needed anything else. I cannot wait to try all the other items,s on their menu including some bevy's!

That turned out to be one of the better decisions of the day. We started with the queso, which set the tone immediately. Creamy, velvety, and carrying just enough heat to get your attention without lighting your mouth on fire. Paired with well-salted chips, it was the kind of appetizer that has you saying, "Just one more chip" about fifteen times. For tacos, my wife and I accidentally ordered the exact same thing. Great minds. First was the Republican: smoked brisket, barbecue sauce, grilled corn, crispy onions, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. The brisket was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor... I don't care about your political views (they also have a Democrat on the menu)... this taco wins in a landslide... a mandate! Then came the Trailer Park, ordered "trashy," which means they ditch the lettuce and add queso. Trust me. Go trashy. Fried chicken, green chiles, pico, mixed cheese, poblano sauce, and queso all working together in a way that makes you wonder why anyone would eat a boring taco. The best review came from my wife. Halfway through the first taco she declared, "Five stars." After the second taco? "Definitely." Hard to argue with that. Great food, fun atmosphere, a cool concept, and one of the more memorable taco experiences we've had in a long time. Five stars. And yes, we'll be back. Those breakfast tacos are already calling our names.
