This location is absolutely the worse one in town! Made a mobile order and watched them make food immediately for everyone that walked in and ordered on a kiosk, all while ignoring my order. My order was promised at 6:39, but was not ready until 6:53. No one else's order took that long. I tried ordering on the app for the first time. Except for weak internet connection out there, it all went well. I had seen a post where someone ordered a quesadilla to make it like a meximelt. The meximelt was my all-time favorite! So I had to try it. I ordered a cheese quesadilla minus its normal sauce and I added ground beef and pico de gallo. When I got it home and opened the package, it smelled just like a meximelt! Again, excited! It tasted great! My new favorite is the meximelt quesadilla. I recommend trying it! read more

My go to Taco Bell is the one on Stockdale Highway and Heath Road. Yesterday, I had to go to the bank inside Albertsons on Allen Road. It was almost 1:00 PM and decided using the app to order Taco Bell on Allen Road. Ordered the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco meal plus a Chalupa Supreme from my rewards. Drove up and made sure to tell them no sour cream on the Chalupa. Got my meal through the drive in and drove home. Once at home, I started on the chips with the nacho cheese. After 2-3 tortilla chips, I checked on the nacho cheese. I was not sure if it was the nacho cheese or tortilla chips, I could not isolate which was causing a bitter / weird taste in my mouth and yours. I called this Taco Bell to lodge a complaint. No cigar, dialing the number, and after 1 ring a message comes up saying no one is available to answer the phone and I should call back or call the 800 number. I tried 5-6 more times, same result. I've hit my final straw with this taco bell. It's quite literally the worst one in town. I can't tell you guys how many times I've come home and had missing items, wrong items, no sauce when I asked for it, wrong sauces. Tonight was they didn't give me one of my burritos. I've had to send my husband back before to correct a mistaken item, and they STILL gave him the wrong item and he had to go back a 3rd time a couple weeks ago. This location can be busy but the service is quick and friendly enough for me. I'm always on the go and try to order as healthy as I can most times. My go to's are these little cheesy potato things I just discovered... soft tacos, and always a chicken quesadilla with lite sauce and lite cheese for my late night cravings. I seem to never get all the items I order, the items are poorly made, and/or they don't give me any sauce even though I ask for it and they even ask if I need some. Nice clean Taco Bell in a good location. I am a fan of many of their items. Sometimes, though, they discontinue some of my favorites. This latest visit to Taco Bell, I ordered a burrito, hash brown, and Cinnabon Delights. Everything was good especially those Cinnabon Delights. They are tiny round bite sized donut holes. The donut holes exterior is made of cinnamon and sugar, and inside is their signature cream cheese frosting. Yummy little bites of deliciousness!! As others have mentioned, check your receipt. Prices were wrong on their menu board for some of the items. When I told the employee, she just shrugged her shoulders. I did see her tell the manager. He did not acknowledge me though. Good food here though the wait can be more than a few minutes from time to time but we understand as the minimum wage went up less people are having to do the same amount of work. Welll... I usually refrain from giving a bad yelp review unless Ive had it. I understand are all HUMAN and we all make MISTAKES but, this tacobell is always making mistakes. As a matter if fact its RARE if I get my order correct. I come to this location because it's convenient and by my house and my kids prefer tacobell over the other places around. I dont have time to drive across Rosedale to another tacobell. After today I definitely wont be returning because it's just a waste of time, money, and energy. So lats start with a couple weeks ago. I paid for our car in the drive thru and my cousins car behind me. Sure enough we get home. Both of our orders were made wrong and missing one item in each. Then I find out her total was approximately $8.00 but for some reason i was charged $19.00 for her car. I called and they boy who answered says, "sorry mam we are a little behind can you call after 9 or give me your number and I'll have the manager call you." Did I get a call back? NOPE. I called a couple more times after 9 pm and no answer. Days went by and I left it alone because I didn't want to deal with it anymore so ya, my loss. Well today, I ordered DRIVE thru and pulled up and paid. The sweet girl Riley gave me my drinks first. Then proceeded with one bag. I checked and confirmed two of my 14 items were in there. A minute later my second bag was handed to me but with a sticker sealing it shut. I asked, "is that everything including the cinnamon twists?" (Because they are notorious for forgetting to put items in our orders) She said yes its all there. (Im sure she got the bag sealed by the food prep worker). Anyway. We pull out slowly from drive thru and my kids went straight for the cinn twists but sure enough...NONE! Not even one out of the three we ordered. So I backed up, Luckily no one was behind us. Riley the cashier, who again was super sweet, apologized a few times and gave me a bag with three inside. I told her, "its fine but something is always missing, thats why I asked." Anyway. We leave and of course my kids went to get a cinnamon twist and it was PLAIN. No cinnamon whatsoever. So I literally drove back from the light and went back through. Riley again was super apologetic and gives us a coupon for a free taco as usual. Not her fault at all. She's responsible for taking orders and processing them not prepping them. I am sure she relies on her teammates to double check and ensure that the order is correct. Unfortunately the cashiers are probably the ones who get the wrath of the upset customer. I didn't take it out on anyone, instead I chose to go to yelp and corporate for a review. I opened Yelp and seen that this taco bell has 2 stars and a lot of complaints similar to mine. My mom Happened to call me while we were eating and I let her know what happened because at that point I was frustrated that our order was made wrong and our tacos were soggy because of the wait and the return to get proper cinnamon twist and she laughs and tells me, " I'm going to send you a picture of our trip to Taco Bell yesterday!" I chuckled and said "oh gosh!" Apparently her order was also missing items, inaccurate, and her bean n cheese burritos were made so poorly and small. Now I'm sitting here staring at our table with about $25 of the $33 in food that I can't even enjoy because the soft and hard tacos are soggy, and my specialty items were not made special and my kids refused to eat them. I was better off ordering curbside at BJ's for $50 for some good higher quality food. This Taco Bell on Allen Rd just opened. #031634. Upon entering, we noticed a giant spill on the floor. It totally blocked the walkway between the drinks and the napkins. People were stepping over it. Many were commenting how someone is going to fall. The girl at the front who was taking the orders was fully informed. Her name is M Paulino. We left about 20 minutes later. The hazard was still there. I asked her if she wasn't going to get it cleaned up. She said she had to take care of all the customers first before she could clean up the spill. I said it's been that way for about 30 minutes and someone is going to get hurt. She was again said she had to finish all the customers. The line never got short. As we left, my wife and I could see her laughing. I did take a picture of the hazard if anyone is interested.
