This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! I placed an online order at 7:15pm, and sat in the drive thru line for an hour. Then I get to the window and they haven't even made my order yet, so I had to wait another 20 minutes and the order was wrong! On top of that, they only gave me 5 sauce packets for 9 items. I understand that some restaurants are having staffing issues, but there were two people standing around doing absolutely nothing, so that's clearly not the case at this location. This Taco Bell is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! This location must have the same management as the 40/42 location. I just threw my entire order in the trash. I ordered the $5 cravings deal with chicken instead of beef. I had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. The woman who took my order, walked off the job, and the girl that replaced her had no idea what I ordered. What a cluster!! Finally I received my order and drove home. When I opened the bag, it was just disgusting. There were 2 burritos and a taco and some cinnamon twists. The twists were dumped out into the bag, there was only lettuce and cheese in the taco, and I honestly have NO idea what was in the "burritos". It was the most disgusting sight. I only used the dine in and not the drive through but this location seemed to be ran much better than most taco bells in the area and the managers service was exceptional. My orders at taco bell usually exceed $14 and have several small items so when they get it completely correct, thats usually a pretty good benchmark for performance and this place did just that. read more

This place is by far the worst place I've ever been to for fast food. I live down the street from this Taco Bell and now I just go there to get hot sauce and jokes to take home for my family. There are always long lines in the drive through and if you just go in and sit down you are guaranteed to see at least three or four customers returning incorrect orders.
