My son doesn't eat meat, so we stopped by for just an apple sauce. She refused to allow me to order an applesauce. Said I had to order a meal with chicken. My son doesn't eat chicken, I just wanted apple sauce. She argued with me and acted as if this was personal to her that we didn't want to order chicken. I asked to speak to someone else. She said there was no one else working. I went inside, found a manager who was happy to sell apple sauce. This employee is a liar and shouldn't be in customer service. NEVER AGAIN! Last Friday night my son begged me to go to Taco Bell on the way out of town. I told him that we had never really had good service or good food from this Taco Bell, but my son talked me into it anyways. We arrived there at 7:00pm(1/8/2016) There was only 2 people in line in front of me ordering food. I ordered 2 #8 combos . We didn't get out of there until 7:20pm. 20 minutes for 6 tacos and 2 drinks. I watched some of the people behind the counter work, and I guess they are in a slow motion zone because they all looked like they could care less about what they were doing. What you see on the TV commercials and the photos on the windows outside the store are NOT what the food looks like !!! Simple thing, but I do think when you see cheese on something, it should be like that ! We ordered a steak nacho and the steak was overcooked and almost didn't look like steak !!! read more

This Taco Bell is horrendous. I went to the drive thru at 9:25 tonight and was told by the cashier that they were having system issues. She then asked me if I could "hang out for 15 minutes" to see if it corrected itself. When I asked where I should "hang out" she ended the conversation. So I went to the window and asked what the issue was. Apparently there wasn't an issue if I was paying cash. Ok? Then I had a teenage male point at me and say things while trying to get the attention of other employees. When I was given my food the cashier said "don't mind him he thought he knew you." Ok I am a 33 year old woman I don't know this young ass and definitely didn't appreciate the rude behavior. I don't think there was a manager and the place looked like its run by a bunch of poorly trained teenagers. I've never experienced anything like this at fast food or anywhere really and will not be back and would discourage anyone I know from ever visiting this disaster. read more

I go to this place because it's close to my home but no more so tired of going in the drive thru and getting home and my order being wrong. I have started checking it now and have to go inside almost every time. The mashed potatoe bowl now is horrible I got cut up chicken strips not the chicken bites & maybe a spoon of corn. been there 8 times. every time the shells taste old. don't get what you order. just got home from there ordered 2 tacos and a Burrito and there is only 2 taco. only ordered 3 things and they cant get that right. that place needs a new manager. the one there now needs fired.
