We went through the drive thru, was rushed the entire time ordering, only ordered two items. We didn't have time to finish saying what we wanted before "anything else". We get our food, two steak grilled cheese burritos, and only one of the burritos had steak. I called to speak to the manager, she tells me she made the burritos herself, and there was a scoop of steak in each. I have a picture of mine, with only rice. I asked for corporates number, she tells me it's franchise, so I ask for the owners number, refuses it. Ok, so when does the general manager work? She finally told me, but refused her name, and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional the entire call. This was the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The service was horrible. I used kiosk and chose to pay with cash. It was literally ten minutes before I was noticed. At least five employees looked at me standing there and walked away. Then when I received my order. It was wrong. read more

I used the mobile app to order and have it delivered since there was a coupon for free delivery if over $25 was spent. The app shows that the food is delivered and it was not. When I called Taco Bell the manager informs me that once the Door Dasher picks it up it is out if Taco Bells hands. I am out $26 in food plus another $8 for taxes and tip! The friendliest, freshest Taco Bell in the area! They treated us exceptionally well, and did all sorts of nice things for us. One employee was even holding the door for guests. It's a resort-style Taco Bell. read more

I really wish ZERO stars were an option!! Great location but poorly managed. Here's the thing... we have a dairy allergy in my family. It's not an intolerance... it IS an actual life threatening allergy. We ordered 4 hard shell tacos - ToGo - DAIRY ALLERGY. Got home and all the tacos were FULL OF CHEESE. Called to alert the MOD (Hunter) of the error as well as inform them of the severe allergy so requested that they please REMAKE the tacos vs just pull the cheese off. Rather than apologize & attempt to be understanding & accommodating, Hunter actually insinuated I was lying as there was no such order then rudely stated they would remake them & disconnected the call. The audacity of such a dismissive & curt tone behind the error of YOUR establishment? Totally unacceptable. Went back to the store whereas the tacos were remade. HOWEVER... this time they PUT THE CHEESE under the lettuce to intentionally hide it. Thankfully it was discovered after one bite, otherwise, this situation could've turned into a life threatening emergency room visit for us. The initial blatant disregard to the dairy free request... the malicious intent to harm by remaking the tacos in a way that the cheese was now hidden... and the dismissive unprofessional response from Mgmt... are reasons I would warn you to steer clear of this establishment. The people in there didn't smile or say hi and they just kept talking to each other. My drink was wrong along with the fact I paid for a customized power bowl with beef and chicken and didn't even have the chicken on it. read more

They didn't give me debit back after the drive through. Stressed all day wondering g where the **** it could be.... And it's ok to make mistakes but when I went to get it, the totally rude employee handed it off, no sorry, no smile, no nothing. Sucky customer service. If I could give zero stars I would, the manager was the rudest person I've ever talked to we paid and had a receipt and tried to tell me I didn't order from them. I was missing like 20 dollars worth of food and the manager proceeded to tell me, "I mean I have one person taking orders, one person helping on window, one person handing them out like we would know if we made that food." This location is not run well. when you order it takes a long time to get your food. The drinks are partially out of syrup. No ones needed to care when they handed cups of basically water to me. then the order was incorrect. Upon going to the register to correct it all the employees were afraid to address me. One team member finally took care of the incorrect creation of the order. please teach your free to care and address things quickly. I know staffing is hard but effort is free. read more

We submitted an order to this location through the app and as we got there they lied to us and told us they were actually closing. We went to a different location who called the store to see what was going on and they told the other store that they just didn't want to make our order. We had three combos.... read more
