Always love me some bbq! After arriving in town we discovered Wright's and knew this was the location for dinner. Ordered at the counter, the staff was fast and friendly. We shared the three meat plate, brisket, burnt ends and jalapeño cheddar sausage. Sides were deviled egg potato salad, collard greens and smoked beans. Brisket was excellent as were the beans. I really liked the collard greens and sausage too. I've had better burnt ends but these were good, just a little firmer than I prefer. We sat outside at a picnic table and it was nice. The breeze was pleasant. Would recommend.

The service is not speedy, and if you are at lunch rush you will be waiting. They are very nice though and helpful on options. Ambiance is pretty much an outdoor place with low expectations. The food is good, but not all of it was for me. Their BBQ sauces help a lot, but it's not much competition to Texas BBQ

I came for the bacon burnt bacon ends but they were out. Turkey was gone too. I chose a two meat plate with two sides. Brisket and pork ribs. They were tasty, but not extraordinary. The sweet/classic bbq sauce was added zest and sweetness to the meats. The spicy sauce had a kick for those that crave a nice burn. The sides outshined the meats which was a surprise because usually sides are an afterthought at bbq spots. But here, I went with the recommended options by one of the team members; ranch potato salad and honey butter green beans. Oh boy were they delicious. Highly recommend! I'd come back for those and to try the bacon burnt ends.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Incredible first time trying Wright's. I got the 2 meat plate that includes two sides and my whole plate was amazing. Brisket: 4.5/5 Pulled pork: 4.6/5 Green beans: 5/5 Mac & cheese: 3/5 I was shocked, but the mac and cheese was probably my least favorite thing I got, I would probably try a different side next time I visit. But, it was SO much better as a loaded bite with their buttermilk ranch and pulled pork all together. Service was great. Everyone was so kind and two people checked on me asking how everything was. Nice outdoor patio as well as an enclosed patio area.

I stopped into Wright's BBQ and went with the Brisket and Burnt Ends for my 2 Meat Plate. The Brisket had a good flavor but wasn't as moist as I would have liked, which was a little disappointing given how well-known they are for it. On the other hand, the Burnt Ends were absolutely delicious--tender, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and service was quick and friendly, which added to the overall experience. While not perfect, the food was solid, and I'd definitely come back--especially for those Burnt Ends.

One of the best bbq I've had. The brisket was really good, the smoked chicken was ok, a bit dry but good flavor. I'm not a big meat person so I ate a lot more of the sides- which were SO GOOD. I got the mashed potatoes and baked beans. The beans were hands down the best I've ever had. There are chunks of brisket (I think) in the beans, not too salty, just perfect and slightly sweet. I paired the mashed potatoes with the beans ... yum. We got their banana pudding too, would recommend. Besides the food... all the staff were extremely nice and friendly. Great service.

Fantastic Food, Excellent and Friendly Service, in a down home vibe and ambiance is how I would describe Wright's Barbecue in Bentonville. Let me start by saying this is the BEST BBQ I've ever had in my life. Wright's is doing everything RIGHT!! I ordered Ribs, Brisket, Bacon Burnt Ends, Sausage, Mac n Cheese, Greens, and Smoked Baked Beans. The brisket is seasoned perfectly, super tender, and melts in your mouth! The ribs and burnt ends are equally flavorful with a sweet and smoky balance. Every bite is heavenly! The sausage was smoked to perfection and also delicious. All of the sides compliments the meat, and it's what I call a "party in your mouth"!! I spoke to the guys who also gave me a sample of their pastrami (I wish my stomach had more room) which was also amazing in flavor and also melts in your mouth. I'm giving Wright's 20 STARS!! Can't wait for them to open their next location by Walmarts Home Office!!

Texas style barbecue with brisket, burnt ends and chicken.

Amazing Texas style barbecue. I had the three meat meal. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest place in town but worth the visit. The restaurant was close to the art museum and biking trails.

Wright's Barbecue lives up to its reputation. The burnt ends on the Rocket Man were perfection and go head to head with the best bbq I have ever had. The nachos could have had a bit more topping to have a better chip to topping ratio, but it was so good I wasn't too focused on that. Our server was helpful and you could tell he enjoyed where he worked. There wasn't a ton of seating inside, but enough for us and quite a bit more outside. We will definitely be back for more!

Oh man, after hours of riding a mountain bike around this may have been the best meal I've ever had. Just had the chicken plate with two sides, simple enough, it was mind blowing good. Chicken great, bbq sauces awesome, Mac n Cheese wow, and the collard greens were out of this world. Nice job Wright's, nice job. Nice people working there too!

Beef rib with deviled egg potato salad and collard greens

I had Wright's twice in a week when hosting family visiting from California. I'm the type of person who is really scared of having a disappointing second meal after an incredible first, and I am pleased to report that both meals were 100%. I came in with my partner on a Saturday, and we managed to snag the last beef rib, which was the special of the day. We got that with deviled egg potato salad and collards on the side. I have never had a rib so giant, so it was truly an experience cutting into the meat and seeing it fall off the bone. I enjoyed how peppered the meat was, and that we had the choice to add how ever much BBQ sauce as we wanted. I think this is a standard thing in the south, but where I grew up, the meat was always swimming in sauce, which is why I thought I didn't like barbecue. The sides were great complements to the barbecue, especially the collards, which seemed to have been cooked with smoked turkey. The second time around, we ordered a three-meat combo with brisket, sausage, pork ribs with collards and macaroni and cheese. We ended up adding a pulled pork and sausage sandwich, as well as an order of their brisket chili (it was cold and we were hungry). Though the beef rib is a standout for me, all of the other meats were tender and well-seasoned. I especially liked their sausages and pork ribs, and the macaroni was a winner--cheesy, and not too gluey/soupy and not too brick-y, either. Service is always fast, friendly, and there's a decent amount of seating, though most of it is outside. I would recommend getting takeout in the colder months, though there are a few seats inside and a heated tent next door.

Everything I ate was delish! We started off with the goat cheese crostinis, I honestly could've just eaten that and been satisfied. We also got the steak for 2, I about died at how good it was, like butter. We also added a little more carbs on the side and got the roast potatoes - it was like I've never had potatoes before - gone in an instance. The entrance is a bit hidden, as you'll need to walk up a set of stairs to reach the entrance. When you arrive you'll check in with the host before being seated. While there were a few open tables, we were seated tightly in between two groups despite the restaurant being partially full, which definitely took away from the experience. The environment is one of the restaurant's highlights. It is housed in a beautiful restored church. For drinks I ordered the Blood Orange Buck (bourbon, spiced maple, blood orange cider, mint, citrus) which was a well balanced and a fun take on an old fashioned. To start we shared the Burrata (grilled flatbread, green goddess, roasted garlic). While the flavors were good, the portion was surprisingly small and felt underwhelming for the price. For my entree, I ordered a pasta carbonara dish which had good flavor but again the portion size was small like the appetizer. Overall, the quality of food and presentation were strong, and the setting is worth seeing (would lean more towards drinks). However, between the small portions and the seating arrangement, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations. While I'm glad I tried it, I don't see myself returning.

This is seriously the spot you go when you care more about what's on your plate than the fancy…read moreschmancy stuff.... rated based on food quality and value. AMBIANCE Simple and unpretentious with a lot of (you guessed it) fishing-related and coastal decor. There's a dining patio of sorts when you first enter with a fan and more lighting, but you can walk in further for more air-conditioned seating. We walked in one evening craving a no-frills solid seafood spot and we found it here. You walk in and there's a huge menu billboard and order at the counter, pay, and you get a buzzer and can find a table anywhere! SERVICE Efficient and straightforward...we ordered and within 10 minutes our buzzer rang and we picked up our food on a tray and brought it back. FOOD This is where it delivers! The seafood tastes fresh, seasoned well, and cooked without being overcomplicated. We ordered the grilled plate with rainbow trout that was served with beans, rice, and grilled zucchini and squash vegetables. Loved the grill marks and thought it was very simple, balanced, and cooked just right. We also tried the fried catfish fillet and shrimp with fries and hushpuppies, which came out hot and crispy without feeling greasy or overbreaded. Tasted great with the tartar sauce. We felt the portions were solid for the price and everything feels consistent. We'd heard great things about the key lime pie on here... and it absolutely lived up to it. The slice was generous for the price, and the flavor of the key lime pie filling delivered. It was bright, creamy, and just the right amount of tangy without being too much sweetness. And the crust? Exactly how it should be. You know the kind that crumbles apart...or turns into a rock-hard dense layer you fight through with your fork? Not this one! This one held together but still gave easily with each bite, so you actually get that perfect balance of filling and graham crust every time. I didn't expect to say this but goodness this is the $7.95 pie that gets it right....and if I could buy it as a birthday cake, I would! Definitely would come back to try any of the other seafood plates on the menu *and* more key lime pie! :)
