We're ending our two month motorhome trip to escape the Texas heat. We have grown tired of pub food and more tired of food that is not good. I Googled best Mexican food in Bismarck. C&T popped up. We went. We ate. We rejoiced. As soon as we sat down our server, Liliana, brought us chips and salsa. The chips were perfect and warm. The salsa was delicious with just enough "heat". Liliana was excellent and charming. We enjoyed a little conversation with her. I had chicken fajitas and my wife had enchiladas. Both were delicious and large portions. We brought half back to the motorhome with us. Liliana even brought us a paper sack for the rest of our chips and container for the salsa. Again, she was excellent. I am NOT one of those guys who says "I am from such and such a place and you cant get good such and such elsewhere. I will admit that good Mexican food is hard to find in some areas. Finding C&T allowed us to have a delicious meal after several days of bad. When we drove up, we thought this might be a corporate franchise, but it is not. It is locally owned. Bravo to David Mendoza and his family. They have put a lot of thought and effort on the interior decor, but more especially the menu.
