Well today 10/20/24 I thought I'd give these taco bell North Bismarck drive through a try. The person not only didn't understand what I was ordering but got my whole order wrong. When you live out of town you kinda expect all who had something to do with my order to get it right but that was not the case. She asked me 4 times to repeat my order and everytime I said it slow enough for the whole damn crew inside could hear me and they still get it wrong. Then you approach the drive through window hello your not even greeted with the respect that you took the time out of your day to spend your hard earned money to support this company and it's employees. It was a terrible experience and I advise anyone to just not go there as there are plenty of other restaurants to spend your hard earned money and give your time too. The inside seemed clean, even if I just ordered takeout. A friend and I both ordered chicken quesadillas, one with extra cheese. The girl who took our order wasn't memorable other than her yelling out that one of the 3 people in the entire restaurant's order was ready. She also slapped our quesadillas on the counter, each in separate bags. We had no idea which one had extra cheese. They both were thrown into the wrapper and squashed into a pile at the bottom. It was impossible to eat without making a mess because the pieces were hardly cut and more-so put into a ball of goo, chicken, and cheese. Overall, your average Taco Bell experience. read more

Waited in drive through line for 25 mins for four tacos at 9:45 at night and ended up getting money back and no food! Fun waste of time!

My wife and I went to the Taco Bell on S. Washington and ordered the a 3 Taco Supreme & Chicken Bowl. The menu display showed the chicken bowl was supposed to be $3.99 and it rang up as $4.99. We did not notice it until my wife was looking over the receipt and saw the discrepancy. We brought it to the attention of store management and they said they could not refund use our $1.00 since the price was $4.99 and not what was shown on the Menu display because they had forgot to change it. I said how is that my fault. They did not even offer a cheap food item to make up the difference. I consider this a bait and switch tactic and will not be doing business with TACO Bell in the future.I do not know if all Taco Bells are this shady under handed but I know this one is. By far the worst of the worst. Food is always cold and slopped together, rude employees who have the nerve to have a "tip jar" by the window and you will wait 20+ mins for a basic order. Avoid at all costs. read more

It's Taco Bell, we aren't expecting a 5 star restaurant here. They took the order, made the food right, while I was in the drive thru. I don't get the reviewers with their nose in the air. If you want fancy, make a reservation (just not in Bismarck area lol). Also, it's not cool to be rude about employees, stating, "they can't do basic math...etc", because you don't know employees' life circumstances or even think that this may be just a second job for some. read more
