Honestly, if I could give this a zero I would. I'm not the typical person to write a review, but I'm so irritated with this place. I placed a mobile order and after telling us to pull forward, they didn't come to the window for 15 minutes (I had the time the order was placed from the confirmation text). We have several hours left on our drive home and have already traveled 16 hours today. We finally honked and some employees looked at us and still didn't come to the window. We could see at least 5 people and it seemed only 1 person was actually doing anything despite the line of cars behind us. It took 5 more minutes for someone to come to the window and say "I promise we didn't forget about you," and when I asked how much longer it might be because we have a baby getting upset and a long drive, they closed the window and didn't come back for another 10 minutes. When they came back after those 10 minutes, we asked if we could just get a refund and they tried to offer us taco coupons or a drink, and we explained we didn't want free stuff, just a refund. So after nearly 30 minutes of sitting at the window, we finally got some food and we were told we had to issue a refund ourselves. I work in customer service, so I understand shit happens, but I feel most of this could have been avoided had they greeted us at the window immediately. Horrible. Taco Bell is one of my favorite food stops for a late night meal, but this particular location ruined that for me. They were understaffed and the drive-thru took forever. They also gave us the wrong drink, coupled with the fact that they put lettuce on our Quesadillas while forgetting to cut them into slices. More like Taco HELL! unfortunately i was not able to leave negative/no stars first off the parking lot has too many potholes and garbage all over. we pulled up and were greeted. it was hard to see the menu, so light and thin and faded pictures worn from the rain or snow. then while i was ordering he kept asking what we said and to speak louder. by the time i was nearly yelling and finishing off my order, he asked if everything looked correct on the screen. but there was nothing on the screen. i stated i couldn't see the screen he read it back to me and i replied yes. he did not reply so i asked if i should pull up i eventually just did. when we got to the window we found out the coffee maker isn't working. i asked for apple juice but they only had orange juice so i took a baja blast. he returned again after several minutes and stated the systems were down and malfunctioning they couldn't restart and the boy seemed to be rambling. directly i asked if they were able to serve food. and he replied no. i was pissed. put my card away and drove off. no offer to just take the food. 20 minutes of my life i'll never get back. read more

I placed an online pick up order yesterday for 12:30pm. As the ASM for a fellow fortune 500 company, I was on my allotted 30 minute break. I get there at around 12:34pm and the tracker says "Being Made". I went to open the door and there's a printed sign that says "Temporarily closed until 12:30", I didn't think anything of it since it was past that but yet the door was still locked. I went to my car and waited for someone to open the door. I waited for 15 minutes all while calling their local number to be met with silence. The order was past "Last call" so I was unable to cancel it but I still got charged for it and could not get ahold of anyone who worked there. I went by the drive thru to see the same sign except with a crude 1:30 written over the 12:30. Now I, 7 months pregnant, battling iron deficient anemia, unable to go anywhere else due to only being allotted 30 minutes, had to return to my 10 hour day without food and fight fainting for the rest of my shift. I returned today to get a refund and give the restaurant a chance to apologize before I contact corporate or write any reviews. I am met with several employees and NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY. To top it off, they needed this lady to do something at the register and SHE WAS THE OWNER AND DIDN'T EVEN DO SO MUCH AS GLANCE AT ME!! I came in with a soft demeanor and was not acting upset or anything. I acted exactly as I would like a customer who I wronged to act like. And apparently it was a bad choice. As much as I love Taco Bell, i was very disappointed with my experience here today. I ordered my favorite meal a Dorito Locos Taco with a Baja Blast, boy oh boy was I disappointed. Not only did my taco not slap hard as it touch my lips, my Baja Blast tasted like camel piss. It was horrific it tasted like a La Croix (barf) or carbonated water (also barf). i was VERY displeased with the service to, I tried to call and complain about my camel piss in a cup but no one answered, also very horrific. I go to Taco Bell because of their dollar value menu. However this is the first Taco Bell where I was charged 1.59 for a beefy frito burrito which is listed as a dollar on the value menu. My friend was in Bismarck at State Street's Taco Bell and offered to pick up something for me. I wanted her to learn about and enjoy the fantastic Cantina menu they started a while ago, which is full of fresh and light flavors. I asked for the Chicken Cantina Bowl. My first look at it was upsetting! It was way different than how it is in Mpls, where I'm from!! Just because you're up here in the beautiful boonies doesn't mean you have to accept crap like that from a national chain! It had gloppy, blah, white salad dressing covering the top instead of the light, barely noticeable, but big on flavor cilantro dressing that's supposed to be there. It had white iceberg lettuce instead of green Romaine lettuce. It had hardly any pico de gallo. The bed of rice, the chicken and roasted corn seemed right. But there was no getting away from the over-dressed iceberg lettuce. The pico de gallo and cilantro dressing is the highlight for me when it's done right. I wrote a complaint on their website, but so far they haven't asked to see any of the many pics I took. I don't know how to attach a pic to this review or I would, for all to see the white gloppy dressing on the white lettuce for others to compare to the pic on Taco Bell's website, which is how it is when done right, like in other TacoBells. It was so bad I think people should hold a demonstration outside the restaurant and demand the quality that other people's Taco Bells have. It's not fair to the people of Bismarck and surrounding communities!!! read more

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service was horrible! The guy working the front was so rude , took forever to get our food and they gave us our food cold and soggy! The place was absolutely disgusting inside! Looked like no one has cleaned the place in years, the floors were messy, stains all over the walls, didn't even want to get a soda by the way the machines looked, felt like I couldn't touch anything by how gross it looked inside.
