I basically paid to eat breadsticks. It was raining the day I went, so the place was busy. You'd think a pizza buffet would have fresh pizzas ready to go when one runs out, but that wasn't the case. A pizza would be gone, and it would take 10-15 minutes before a new one came out. Then, as soon as it was placed, a rush of customers would load up their plates. In my opinion, for the price, it's just not worth it. The chain pizza place down the street would be a better option. read more

While visiting family in Mandan ND we went to pizza ranch for lunch. We had a fine time. Lots of choices. The staff made our grandsons a cheese pizza because there wasn't any on Buffett. The salad bar was good and enjoyed the desert pizzas too. read more

I'm very disappointed today in Pizza Ranch. I asked for 10 chicken legs to be delivered. They said that their driver would be gone for 40 minutes which is right because that's what delivery people do. So she said she could not accept my order then. Very bad customer service I would say. Pizza not that great. Salad bar and fried chicken is excellent. Plenty of seating and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. 11 Bucks for an adult on the weekends. Pizza is mass produced, mushy doughy crust with less than spectacular toppings. Thank god for the fried chicken!! read more

I've been to a few Pizza Ranch locations and this is by far the best one so far. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly as well! It was under $25 dollars for two of us during their lunch hour. They were stocked on different pizzas but they all seemed to be very similar to each other. Lots of variations of pepperoni pizza. The taco pizza was super yummy, though! The cheese sticks were my favorite. They had a decent salad bar. I was expecting much better based on previous reviews, but it was so-so! The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious! As was the stuffing. Though, it was a little mushy. Last, the dessert! The cinnamon wheel pizza was TO DIE FOR. Oh my goodness. I would honestly go back just for that. Along with it were a blueberry dessert pizza as well as a chocolate one. All tasty but the cinnamon was out of this world. The ice cream also lived up to the hype. It is super good! All in all, we would probably come back! It was a good experience. The arcade that is attached was way bigger than expected and we really enjoyed playing a couple games after lunch! read more

I've only ever gone to Pizza Ranch for the buffet, but you can order pizza from here too. This was my first time at the Mandan location. I went with my grandma, mom, dad, brother, and husband to celebrate my grandma's 93rd birthday. Pizza Ranch is a casual buffet where you pay before you enter and get your own drink. Employees walk around and gather the used plates periodically. They have a good variety of food. There's a salad bar, pizza buffet, and a station with fried chicken and mashed potatoes. A drink is also included in the price. The pizza here is fine, but definitely lower quality. They do have taco pizza though, which is a plus. Again, you have a lot of options, but nothing really special. After you pay (but before you go in), you can request a special pizza at the counter. They'll give you a number and bring it to your table. You can take as many slices as you'd like. Then, they put it out on the buffet. My brother ordered BBQ chicken. read more

Iv been to many pizza ranches, and this one is still my favorite, they continue to impress where others disappoint. My first job as a teen at 15 was here! It definitely wasn't the job for me, but the food is AMAZINGLY delicious. We recently came back this week, (7 years later) and it's still just as good if not better then it was then. They have improved their decor and layout, added options to catering, and to the pizza bar! They have the BEST cheese breadsticks in the world. Seriously. And now they have started keeping two trays of them on the bar instead of one since they go so fast! They have unique pizzas, they constantly add more. My favorites are cheese, bronco, and buffalo chicken. They have SO many thou! And oh... how do I even get started on the cactus bread? I wasn't able to enjoy it this time because I'm now allergic to cinnamon, but I used to eat them by the plateful! Best desert pizzas!!! Their ice cream is great, I love to enjoy it with a root beer, and they have great coffee too! always clean, usually friendly, and always a great time. I also give them Bonus points because they have great things for kids birthdays, and offer fundraising options! All you can eat pizza, chicken, salad bar etc. the pizza is pretty good and make sure you ask them to make your type of pizza if not on buffet, they will. They also have some really good dessert pizza. If you like all you can eat come here. read more

Pizza is good taco pizza is the best taco pizza I have had. Chicken is good and it is reasonably priced for a family. Service is also good. Pizza hut pizza is better in my opinion but pizza ranch has much better service. read more

Food is good, price is good. But service is slow from 5 to 6. They dont ramp up for dinner service well. By 6 they get better with a good selection of pizza's to choose from. Go after 6 is your best bet. read more

We ordered pizza and hot wings 2/12/2018, the bill was $28.59 and gave a $5.00 tip. When we received the order, WOW we we upset. The combo side was BAD, very hard meat, couldn't eat a piece. I like the food, but I was trying to place an order with a coupon, it would not work, finally called Mandan pizza ranch, and was told the coupon was not in the system and they would get it in, I said all good and fine but now I have to pay to have it delivered as I do not have time to go pick it up as I had wasted so much time trying to get the order, was told they had no control over the delivery fee, I told them I would get my pizza elsewhere, they did not care. read more

Went to Pizza Ranch for Lunch we walked in with a gift card from a few years back but had no experation date on it the lady at the front counter was rude and rejected our gift card even though it had no experation date. so now I sit with a 25 dollar gift card to Pizza Ranch that is no good to me and I'll say it again it had no Experation date on it anyware. If this is how they treat there costomers I will not be returing witch saddens me because i very much like there food. read more
