Terrible customer service. Couldn't hear the girl in the drive through and had to ask her to repeat herself more than once. Get to the window and see why. The mic was pointed at the top of her head. I apologized and stated I had a hard time hearing her. She didn't respond at all. Gave me my food and shut the window. I was never asked if I wanted sauce. I waited so that I could get some sauce. I have given them chance after chance as this place is near my home and we love Taco Bell but this location is the worst! They always forget something and then get mad when we ask for something that we paid for! The last time we went half our order was wrong, we got "mild"sauce after he asked us what kind of sauce we wanted and we said "hot" and the cinnamon twist were so hard I could barely chew them. I like this location, I really do, but lately I noticed that they have hired some new employees that are rude at the window or the cooks just throw your food together and it comes out looking like slop. I'm not sure if this is a management problem or not, but there are a few there that do care about their job and are awesome. I'd give them a negative 10 if I could. I purchased a Nacho Bellgrande. They come extremely hot which is good however by the time I drive the 2.5 miles to my home, the nachos are so soggy from the meat and cheese they fall apart before being able to pick them up to eat. I asked the order taker to put the meat and cheese on the side so the chips won't be soggy. They tell me they have to charge me extra ($1.75) while still charging me the full price of the Nacho Bellgrande. I check my food before leaving this location because 95% of the time the order is wrong or incomplete due to the incompetence of the staff and manager at this location. I checked the cheese and meat they put on the side and the meat barely covered the bottom of the bowl (in fact you could see lots of the bottom). I brought it to the manager's attention and asked if I could have a little more meat. The manager rudely stated "We only do one scoop and if you want more I have to charge you". I showed her how little meat was in the container but she was unconcerned. I prefer going inside to place my order instead of the drive thru. When I went inside there was one person at the outside ordering station. I ordered my food at 5:31pm and did not get my order until 5:45pm. A long time for the amount of people inside and in the drive thru. I will not be returning to such a cheapskate and customer unfriendly business. I purchased a mobile order and when i received the order nothing was correct. I was missing a quesadilla, my nacho fries and my chicken tacos. The app is also very very in organized. When i order the incorrect item they wouldn't replace it for me. they said i had to go through the drive thru. The manager and the lady behind the counter was very very rude and disrespectful. Visited this taco bell late nite, placed my order and was told to pull thru! Upon pulling around there was a car parked between the drive thru windows, the first window was blocked by some storage unit so i couldn't see anyone to ask why this car wasn't pulling up all the way(why have 2 windows if u only use 1) so i waited a min and then i honked my horn only to be cursed by the driver in front of me who yelled he was instructed to pull back! So after 5 min of waiting the car pulled up got his order and drove off! So you'd think my order should be ready by now with all that going on, nope! I asked the girl at the window why that car was between windows and she told me she told him to because of a timer! So here i am still waiting while her and her co workers seam to be laughing and playing! I recommend going a couple miles down the road to the other taco bells!
