I love e Taco Bell. It takes little to no time at the drive through. The Taco supreme is mouth watering, so is the chicken cassidieas. My favorite is the chlupa supreme. I can only eat one at a time but always wish I could eat another one! The mild sauce is great its not hot just the right amount of warmth and flavor. The staff are always friendly and patient when you forgot to get your money out. They don't get cranky LOL you should stop by. Taco Bell should be closed down. The kids here would rather play than work. And the manager just makes excuses for them. Yes it's hard to find people to work in today's market, but if you don't hold workers to the standard you expect then you will always be making excuses for them and you might as well shut your doors. read more

I got there a little late and they took about 5 min to even take my order and I told them my order and it was simple and there was about 3 cars there and when I got to the window I got told to park, I knew they were gonna make me wait off that, I went and parked and saw everyone else get their food in less than 5 min and I watched that for about 30 min and when I asked about my order they told me they had just finished it up, they still took another 5 min to get my order out. I got the food and it was missing a taco and the food was soggy and cold. Food taste & quality were good. Taco Bell has stepped up the quality nicely over the past couple years. But few things are more irritating than employees who act like you are imposing on them or detracting from their afternoon naps when you approach the counter. When I approached the counter, the young lady behind the counter just stood at the register, looking at me with that blank, disdainful stare that is too often the case here. No words at all; no "Hi, can I help you?" "Welcome to Taco Bell, I can help you when you're ready" - nothing. I placed our orders - still no speech. When I was done, I returned the blank stare - but STILL NOTHING. No "Is that all?" or "Can I get you anything else?" So I added, "And that's for here." to let her know I was done. Still nothing. I continued to stand there. And then she spoke!! She asked if that was for here or to go. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Those were LITERALLY the last words that came out of my mouth. The she spoke again when she simply announced the total due. But then silence again. No words when I paid, no words when she just stuck her hand out with my card and receipt. No thank you, no words to tell me that my order number would be called out when my order was ready, no words when she put our cups on the counter (rims down, of course, so that all the bacteria from the counter could find new homes). I don't know how much longer I can tolerate the rudeness here. Stopped for a quick snack around 3pm. Ordered a $2 burrito and cup of water. Total came to 4.38. When asked about it, they were going to charge me $2.38 for a small cup to get water in. Crazy!!!!! I said, no thank you, and i won't be stopping in here again. read more

Ordered $20 worth of food and basically got a flour tortilla with a teaspoon of beef on each item. I used to LOVE there burrito supremes... this was 90% tortilla and 10% fillings. Why is it so hard to get what you order? I ordered a combo nacho and crispy taco and a drink...when I got to my hotel room to eat I realized I had no taco!? Went through the drive through late at night & had a huge order. Ended up missing a couple of things , but the closing manager Joshua hooked me up and completed my order for me. This is the slowest fast food ever! Drive thru was crazy long so we went in. Nobody in line ahead of us and NOBODY there to take an order. Finally someome leaves the drive thru to take the order. Theyre not making orders for people in the dining room, only the drive thru. Horrible. read more

I think Yelp should have reviews based on the restaurant's category. Obviously, Taco Bell is not a five star restaurant. But if I rate it compared to other fast food restaurants, I give it 5 stars. This place may have the worst service in the entire country. 2nd time in a row for breakfast that we have walked out after standing at the counter for 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged. I also asked if they had the breakfast menu available and was answered with a hearty "huh" then a " they didn't turn the boards around" while the employee was walking way. That was the last draw for us. We left. This is a brand new Taco Bell. The counters and tables were dirty. The kitchen area floor covered with food. I love Taco Bell, I was in line for 5min and I assumed the drive thru was just not working so I came to the window and it was 1:58, I told them I was hungry and nothing else was open. I asked if she could please just take my order (only 2 tacos) she said they weren't allowed to take orders after 1am but I was there at 1:58! I'm not from around here and know nowhere to get fast food as McDonald's was closed. She said "I don't know what to tell you" the manager said no order after 1. The Manager was rude but the employee would've served me . I've been to this Taco Bell more than a couple times and most of the time my order wasn't complete, missing tacos, cold food, you get the point lol !
