Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. Drive through had a line so we went in. The ordering kiosk was easy to use and our order came out quickly. We ordered a large drink and the employee gave us a medium cup. I asked about it and was told it was a large. We then overheard her tell another customer that they were out of large cups. Stopped by to grab some dinner on my way, my drive was 40 minutes away. I do it quite a bit on the weekends. Ordered 4 bean burritos, cheese bean and rice burrito, crunch wrap supreme, and chips and cheese. Once I got to my destination I realized I only got 3 bean burritos so 2 burritos were missing. I then opened the crunch wrap and it's burnt. Burnt so bad I didn't eat it. So now for $15 I got 3 bean burritos and chips and cheese to eat which does not feed everyone. I tried to call because there was no way I'm driving 40 min back and no one answered. The guy at the window was very nice but he was playing around with another worker so I'm guessing that's how I'm missing 2 burritos. Frustrating when you are out about $7 and dinner! read more

Very slow. Service they never have orders ready when you come here it takes forever to get things done. It's disgusting. The floors need to be cleaned lots of bleach I would not eat here as how disgusting. !! Everybody in the restaurant ignores you no one even bothers ask you who you're here to pick up for. Also to add to this review, the counters are absolutely disgusting. The food is prepped on were disgusting. Nothing looks like it's been cleaned in months. The staff again is horrible. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to this Taco Bell! I have come here three other times in the recent months and each time the walk up inside service was shut only drive-thru was open and it was a fiasco of multiple vehicles so that being said I wasn't going to be one of the frustrated customers so I kept on driving. But on this visit the 15th of December I was happy to see the inside open the employees happily working efficiently and it was a smooth operation from ordering at the counter and receiving my food in no time I'll be back! read more

The staff is usually nice at this location and I will say I usually get through the line pretty fast, but the food is hardly ever good. It costs about $5.30 for a chicken quesadilla and every time I get one from this location there's hardly anything on it. The most recent trip, they didn't put any of the chipotle sauce on the quesadilla which is what makes it good. The soft tortillas are also stale a lot of the time. They really skimp out on ingredients for most of the menu items. I'm finally just done with this location. You can eat at chipotle or qdoba for a couple dollars more and not be hungry still when you leave. read more

Dayside employees consistently make my order incorrectly and with missing items. I don't get reimbursed for my time or gas spent driving all the way backs and instead am greeted with attitude instead when *they* are the ones that messed up!! Love the night shift as I rarely have issues but I'd avoid going during the day if I were you!! very frustrating being handed dripping, sloppy drinks and eating a 3-ingredient item only to realize it's missing ingredients!! This place is consistent.. There always seems to be several cars in the drive thru, dine in area is usually pretty clean and well stocked other than the soda are which sometimes is a little messy. They now offer the order machines so no one is at the counter to take your order. They are fairly easy to use and the order comes out correctly. There isn't much staff presence in the location unless they are taking out the trash and placing your order from the back to the front counter. We made a delivery order for the first time from this location. We ordered 5 cravings boxes. We ended up with 2 sides instead of 5. And all of our burritos and crunch wraps had no meat! I have so many memories at this Tacobell growing up in Brownsburg. I'm 26 now and I come here when I'm around. When I came to the drive thru at 10:30pm there are about 6 cars and we all steadily moved forward. Jen took my order and was very assertive. She took good care of my order and when I got my lemonade/sprite mix, it tasted better because of the attitude of who gave it to me. I love this this place, and I'm glad it's in good hands. Everytime you go here you will sit in the drive thru for 45 mins+. They will mess up your orders even when they are very simple. The employees also like to close up the store multiple hours early, I have had many times where I would order online for pickup and pay ahead while they are opened, yet they will still refuse service to everyone.
