This is a combined Taco Bell and KFC. Sadly, the service and the people working there are just awful, the food is not good. Sometimes it even smells when you get it. I'm complaining today because I went through the drive-through with absolutely nobody behind me and the person at the window asked me to go park in the parking lot and wait for the food to be brought out. Since there was no one before me or after I just kindly requested to wait a bit longer, and he literally refused saying that if I don't comply, he will not serve me the food that I already paid for, and he will give me a refund, he literally yelled "like what is your problem we're getting measured for time", I started to take my phone out to start recording, when he's like you can either comply or I'm giving you your money back, I was absolutely furious because I ordered a huge meal for my whole family. Later on, I realized that the order was incorrect. Guacamole and nacho cheese was missing. We went to Taco Bell today on Abbott road in Buffalo Now mind you, we stopped going to Taco Bell because they can never get anything right. We happened to be in the area and decided to give it one more try. Now We will never go back to Taco Bell again. We got the order to go. If I could give negative stars I would. When you walk inside you immediately notice the smell and sticky floors. It takes usually 10 minutes for someone to come to the register and when they do they're so rude and out of anything I try to order. The drive thru wait time is absolutely out of control. The food is always cold and made hours before you get it. If you go an hour to 2 hours before they close all their machines are turned off. This location has been this way for years. To say i'm livid would be an understatement. I went through the Taco Bell drive they yesterday and not only did I wait 25 minutes because they are always so busy but I received 100% the wrong order. Normally I wouldn't complain and just eat the food but I'm a vegetarian and they gave me 3 beef tacos instead of my chalupa with beans that I ordered. I also got 2 fiesta potatoes and I recurved mashed potatoes (since it is combined with KFC). Ok whatever so I go through the drive thru again wait another 25 minutes to get my fiesta potatoes only to have them CHARRED. They were so bad, not edible at all. My partner ordered enough food for a family of three to eat off of all day. It was a 12 taco box, three burritos, and two chalupas, and then some cinnamon twists. The person on the headset told him "We aren't feeding an army today". Maybe if they weren't too busy trying to make my partner feel bad about the order, they would have remembered the cinnamon twists which we didn't have in our bag. First I walk into the bathroom which was unlocked to see a guy peeing who didn't lock the door. No major problem I guess he forgot to lock the door. I order my food. All the trash overflowing onto the ground...floor covered in trash...every single table covered in trash and food...I asked for someone to clean it and when I girl finally did a manager yelled at her for hello behind the register as if it was more important than a customer standing there for 5 mins with food in hand waiting for a place to sit down where my entire body wouldn't stick to the tables and chairs. It really was this bad. Then my food sucked and all I could see was the filth and think about the dirty unwashed urinal hands of their cook. This was at 2:30 on Thursday July 18th. I have never once complained. I work in food service, so I am sympathetic to minor mistakes that happen all the time. This time, I couldn't just pretend it was what I ordered and eat it anyway. Every single item of my $50 order was wrong. The cinnabon delights and the baja blast weren't given, even though I paid for them. My nacho bell grande was supposed to be made with shredded chicken (which I paid extra for) but the chicken was in huge chunks. The chips were stale too, making the whole bowl unappetizing. I ordered a total of 4 doritos locos tacos. One of them was supposed to be made without tomatoes, but all of them with sour cream. None of the tacos had sour cream, and they all had loads of tomatoes. One of the tacos had a crumb of meat, a shred of cheese, and some lettuce. The stuff inside didn't even fill 1/3 of the shell! [picture included] I also ordered a soft shell taco and a cheesy chicken wrap. I asked for both to have no tomatoes, and add sour cream. The wrap was also supposed to have nacho cheese. Both had more tomatoes than anything else, and no sour cream or nacho cheese. Everything was made incorrectly in some way, and the crunchy tacos were mostly broken. Ordered Doordash through this place. Bad idea. First off through the Doordash app it says they close at 930pm but they actually close at 11 so not sure why the discrepancy here. Second my driver gets there and then calls to inform me that they're out of nachos. Funny I've had issues with other TB in the area being "out of nachos" long before they close and despite the fact they are currently advertising $5 nacho boxes I thought that was pretty crappy. I used to work at a fast casual Mexican place myself and you know what we did when we ran out of chips? We made more! Was it pain? Yes but we actually cared about our customers and wanted them to continue to spend their money at our establishment. More business means more money and hours for the employees but I guess simple business economics is hard to grasp for these people. So anyway we finally get our order and the only other thing my wife wanted, the chalupa, was burnt a nice dark brown and the ingredients on it were lacking, definitely not what we were used to getting in the past.
