Received no drink from a friend because the Taco Bell cup without any drink in it fell over on a flat surface. The employees need to check their cups to make sure that they are stable before filling the drinks. Now my friend's car has my drink all over it. I'm out of a drink and it will take my friend quite a long time to clean up the mess. read more

Aside from taco bell becoming more expensive, and the lack of customer service. I just want to continue to not endorse this place. To prevent making a customer order right and 'wasting' $1.50 in food cost, they told me essentially "too bad we made it wrong". So, they've gotten. Multiple bad reviews from me, ive contacted corporate twice and they've yet to respond. And ive wanted taco bell multiple times over the past few months but they won't get another penny from me due to their removal of customer service over a simple, fixable error. So, yes, they saved $1.50 and now, they've lost over a dozen orders from me and hopefully a person or two from my bad reviews. Now that they've raised prices again, maybe they'll reconsider that consistent income is better than no income. read more

Manager called me an a**hole while I was leaving the store and all my kids in the van. We had went through the drive through and all the drinks were terrible and flat, we told them nicely that they were flat and would like to have them taken back and get our money back for those. They said they could not take them back and didn't offer us new drinks. We went inside to get new drinks and the manager started yelling at me that I needed to throw away the old ones while I was trying to fill up my new ones. By the time I filled up our drinks she was outside and said "Have a good day a**hole". Mind you, she's the MANAGER. Drinks are terrible, food was pathetic and customer service is horrible. Went to get the new breakfast taco . What a joke. Was told to order at the kiosk otherwise it would take a while. I was paying cash so they had to take my money anyway. They were rude, they were helping drive through with no regard to us inside their store. Then we finally got just 3 breakfast tacos this was one of them. Almost no cheese and no where near what the commercial looks like and the employees were rude and uncaring. Will not be going there ever again. Would give a zero rating if I could. read more

Restaurant was clean and my food was delicious! The restrooms were also clean and as stated with the sign inside. Great experience. Was a little weirded out with all the negative reviews, i mean i know it's a fast food place, but there wasn't anything wrong with my experience here. All the kiosks were tablets with no customer to employee interaction while ordering, but there was no problem with that seeing as the customer knows exactly what they are ordering and what they are putting on it and that leaves more room for employees to focus on orders. I ordered 5 crunchy supreme tacos and 2 bean burritos. Food was good - wasn't all that warm, but that was on us for waiting to eat it in the car. While we were waiting, the place looked clean and kept so no complaints there. Food was out in less than 8 minutes and everything was there. I will say if you added hot sauce to your order make sure you grab it from the sauce station across from the drinks because they don't put it in the bag. Wouldn't want to walk out without it so keep that in mind. Overall great experience :) read more

this Taco Bell gets the "worst Taco Bell in America" award, however the girl who helped us through the drive thru was very kind and positive. the food was awful. nothing fresh at all. you can tell the food had been under the heat lights for several hours. my 5 layer beef burrito had 2 layers... basically a sour cream burrito with a little beef.. they even screwed up the cinnamkn twists! the oil they used is rancid and they were over cooked because they were super hard. i hope a kitchen fire takes care of this Taco Bell location! garbage read more

Very disappointed in food service and customer service! Went this morning to get a breakfast crunchwrap- just a breakfast Crunchwra. Employee had me reverse once to reset her times and the. I still waited over another 10 minutes before I finally knocked on the window to ask for my money back. Then, once I did she said- oh, well it's ready! If it was ready wouldn't it be in my hand!?! Then I asked if there was a survey for the local store, she said it wasn't working right now. I asked if it was Peacock Investments that owned the business, she said she didn't know. Asked who the manager was, she said they weren't available. Asked for a name, she said she couldn't give it out. Honestly, I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I had an issue with them in the past, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back tonight. I ordered the 12 taco party pack and they were COLD. Not just a little bit either. We had to warm them up in the microwave. Not only that, but when I called to address the issue and bring it up to them, all I got was "well I'm sorry" from someone on the other end in and extremely rude tone. My son and I placed our order today and asked for large drinks. The employee told us they were out of large cups so all she could give us were mediums. I had the worst service I have ever had today. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive-through line, I asked to speak to a manager. I expressed my frustration to the manager on duty but instead of apologies, he came up with excuses and irrelevant arguments. After listening to his rude attitude and being interrupted multiple times, I asked for his name. He would not give me his name. He would not give me the name of the store manager, district manager, or any phone number to contact someone to complain about his rude attitude, comments and extremely poor customer service. He told me I needed to leave, or he would "call the cops". I was then very frustrated because he was threatening to call authorities because I was voicing my frustration of horrible customer service. When I told the manager I would be contacting the corporation, he told me to leave and never come back. "Don't ever come back and if you do I'll call the cops" I believe we're his exact words. This "manager" was extremely unprofessional. I was absolutely shocked by how rude, inconsiderate, and immature this "manager" was. I am extremely dissapointed. read more
