Almost everytime I go through the drive through. I order, then they repeat my order to make sure it's correct then they hand me someone else's food. Really not sure how hard it is to ready a screen and hand out the correct food. read more

I love Taco Bell, and especially the Mexican Pizza. But this location seems to be hit-or-miss with getting orders properly filled, and in food quality. Lately, it's mostly miss... I picked up a Mexican Pizza and found this in my bag when I got home. Whoever made it just slapped some of the ingredients on one side of the inside of the pizza, and some more of the filling was just plopped on top. You have to see the picture to understand how incredibly lazily this item was made, with zero attention to quality or customer satisfaction. Great service with good attitude. Very fair prices on types of items. Last place I know of that still has a dollar menu. Sometimes busy, but for most part decent time getting food that was ordered. In so nice place to go sit and enjoy your meal. read more

I feel foolish sometimes putting up another taco bell review, but I guess tbell is my vice. The one for this Cabot area is okay, not the worst Taco Bell I've been to, but they're far from the best. I've only gone through the drive thru and they've always been quick with the order, but there's often mistakes. If I get a quesadilla from this Taco Bell, the three different times i've tried have resulted in the same thing: the tortilla is like half cut, with maybe one piece totally cut and there's only enough chicken in it to fill half the quesadilla. Two of the times, one of the four "pieces" was just bread, no cheese, no sauce, no chicken. I've had my order messed up a bunch, where I'll get the wrong stuff on the taco or different items (I got three different items once and instead got two of the same) but it's usually okay cause I'll still eat it and I just chalk up to someone new or being busy. Overall, it's okay and if I'm passing by and real hungry, I'll still go through. read more

Cabot Taco Bell is where dreams go to die. Absolutely terrible. The food is never made properly in the wait time is atrocious. Just today, I was there for 20 minutes in the dining area waiting for an order with 15 other customers. They had a staff of eight with multiple people doing superfluous jobs like sweeping the dining area or wiping off countertops or tables that had not been used yet while customers were waiting on their order. In 20 minutes, not one order went out to the dining room. I watched as the cook line busted every burrito and squirted sour cream on the outside of every taco and then laughed and wrapped it up anyway and sent it out the door. Multiple drive-through customers came in during that time because their order was wrong or they were missing items.. Beebe has a fabulous Taco Bell. It is well worth the drive! read more

I am pretty OCD on what I order from Taco Bell. It's the same thing every time. I order a number 3 and I used to order 3 additional crunchy taco SUPREMES. The last two times, I've received all regular crunchy tacos so today, I thought I would try the usual number 3 and a number one (3 crunchy taco SUPREME) meal. I figured that would get me the taco supremes. Wishful thinking I guess. I got all regular crunchy tacos again. That's 3 times in a row. Ohh, they did change up today though. My go to order is the veggie chalupa box. Every time I come in I make sure to specify that I don't want tomatos and 9/10 times they leave in the tomatos. Also sometimes they put onion in it which it's not supposed to come with, and sometimes they make the soft taco a hard taco? I just don't understand, do they not know their own menu? read more

My 10 year old received a coupon for a free bean burrito for earning good grades in school. He ordered a bean burrito with no onions, and received a burrito with onions and cheese, but no beans. We tried to call the restaurant several times, but there was no answer. Needless to say, he is very disappointed. read more

As I was standing by the counter a young lady with long blonde hair shouted "who the fuck orders 5 boxes". Stopped and placed order to go. The service was fast and good. The price was fair. The food taste good...... what little we recieved. Got home and the tacos were half full. Bit size only and hardly filling. The taco salad was a shell half full of lettuce, little rice, spoon full of sour cream and no meat!!!! Discovered the issue only after got home. Took family to a dine in restaurant and feed the dog the taco bell. He's still hungry. Definitely do NOT recommend this taco bell and not going back. There was a creep looking at me and my friend and the ladies at the register were very kind and kept an eye on him and us to see if he tried anything. When he left the ladies asked us if we were okay. And watched walk to our cars to keep an eye on us. I really appreciate them. 10/10 on customer service. And the food was good too. read more

I worked for three weeks now they are saying I can't get a check because I am not in the system! They eat off the line not all wear gloves. This is very unsanitary. They don't wash their hands like they are suppose to and they don't do the job they are paid for. Their food cost is so high becUse they just eat whatever they want. My order is always right, the people are friendly, the food looks pretty darn close to what the menu depicts and they give me lots of Fire sauce when I ask for lots of Fire sauce.
