I love the fajitas. We visit here when we see our family in Cabot - it never disappoints. We love the decorations as much as the food!

We went Monday afternoon. There were 3 of us and all ordered something different. Our waiter was Ryan. He didn't give nice service The margaritas are from a mix. Not good so ordered a kicker which was the smallest kicker I've had. We thought it would help the taste but not good at all Kicker was as much as the margarita all 3 of us very disappointed with our entrees. Asked for jalapeños and was charged for them. The waiter should have noticed none of us ate the entrees. But he didn't care. We had to ask to re heat the cheese dip. I will never eat there again. read more

Visiting relatives, so first time here. The white cheese dip was a hit at our table- we all loved it. Husband's fajitas were flavorful and great bargain. Everyone else enjoyed their lunch- nachos, chimichangas, a special with a little bit of everything on the plate. Attentive waiter.We would come back, when in town. Originally from Southern California, then moved to Texas during COVID in 2020. Now visiting our son in his new hometown of Cabot, AR. The restaurant's ambience was really nice. The decor was bright and colorful as well as comfortable. Service was good, chips and salsa were too. Main dish combo (chicken enchilada and bean burrito with red sauce, rice, and beans) was good but too much to finish. Will have to take the burrito home. Yuck. This did not even resemble Mexican food and the waiter was incapable of answering any questions. He didn't even understand when I ordered tequila. Said they only have margaritas? Help me, what the hell is in a margarita? Nachos were horrible. Soggy and soaked in Circle K dip cheese. Prices did not reflect the experience. read more

The place is nice lots of room the staff is nice but the food has a one note flavor profile. If no taste is your thing go here. I had a burrito and a enchilada and the only difference was the size. The salsa was the same it was just plan tomato sauce. The chip were the only thing that was good. If you just want food with no taste go here. Ok folks. We decided to eat Mexican fare to recognize Cinco de Mayo. My dear wife had Beef chimichanga with black beans and rice and I had la Poblano. Skirt Steak on a bed of Poblano peppers, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Door was totally awesome. Chimichanga cooked to perfection and steak was super tender and well seasoned. I am already looking forward to returning here, and we left only a few hours ago. The service was excellent, our waiter was friendly and took good care of us. Our glasses never went complete empty. My son had the shrimp enchilada. He said it was pretty good, about a 7 on a 1-10 scale. His only complaint was that there was not a lot of shrimp in it. I had the enchilada verde (chicken) and they were great. Plenty of chicken was stuffed in each of them, and there were four enchiladas. The flavor and texture was great and the avocado sauce was tasty. We shared an order of the guacamole dip. It was very good and fresh, some of the best I've had. I hope they stay successful. While I would eat there often today has turned me off completely. I order 3 cheese enchiladas with Mexican rice and sour cream to go. My salsa was off couldnt quite hit what it was but once I ate some of the enchiladas and rice with the sour cream i started violently puking. I assume the off taste was the tomatoes being sour and the sour cream seemed to have been off as well as there was some lettuce in it so obviously some cross contamination will not be eating there again unfortunately as it was great up until today. read more

My wife says she loves this restaurant... I don't like Mexican food except like homemade tacos or Taco Bell.... I'm not used to authentic Mexican dishes... I hope someone can help me here! And the racial comments can start but I'm personally NOT a racist! I have black friends and family, Hispanic, Asian, white "racists" and what ever a person wants to think.... I ain't... u think I am and come at me... trust me.... don't! Anywho.... I ate at the "Mexican restaurant" on hwy.5/89 junction, 2 times.... hated it both! First the place was hard to describe without saying "Yeah that one Mexican restaurant near me...." I know the sign says Mexican restaurant so I ain't racist... but both times my crap tastes burnt... the second time I wanted a "Bean Bo Re toe!" I have not been able to find a really good Mexican Restaurant in Cabot, AR. Till now. Guadalajara was really a nice surprise. The food came swiftly and hot. I had the chicken enchiladas. The sauce was very good. But one of the best things was their salsa and chips. The regular salsa was so much better than others in the area. And especially when you ask for the extra hot salsa- it is much hotter and still flavorful. This is my new favorite place! It is so hard to find a really hot salsa! read more

This is a pretty good a mexican grill I can't ask for another more at a mexican restaurant except for it to be a bit cheaper. For example the small cheese dip is 4.99?!? That is so expensive i can get something that is covered in cheese dip and take it off and have more than the small cheese dip. But although it is expensive it is really good almost worth it not quite there which is why i would give it 4.5 but it does not allow me to that., it also just is no deserving of that fifth star as well. read more

This place was weird from the start. I called about a month back and the receptionist was yelling at people while I was talking to her. When I came to pick up my to-go the host was extremely rude. Rolled his eyes at me because I could barely understand what he was saying. It even got more awkward when he swiped by card at least 20 times saying his machine was broken. The energy in this place was chaotic even though their weren't many people. I have never experienced such rude staff ever. The food was okay, a bit bland. Will never eat here again read more

The food is just ok. The prices and portions are reasonable. It's the closest Mexican restaurant to where my husband and I live so we order from here to go when we're in the mood for Mexican. We dined in once and the decor is over the top. The place was clean, but it was pretty empty and the staff were all kinda hanging out. At one point the music was interrupted with what had to be porn. Idk if the signal got crossed or what, but it was vulgar. It only lasted about 30 seconds, but I would've been angry if I'd had a child with me.
