Awful 30 minutes. it's almost impressive how they can manage to fuck an entire order up. Quesadilla burnt (don't know how you manage that , probably the most basic item), wife's cantina quesadilla looks like you threw it in a house fire, waited for 45 minutes, then went into the house to retrieve the quesadilla. I dont think there was a bit of bread left. just charred remains. Dorito loco tacos are a hard one for most Taco Bell's to figure out but my God does this Tacobell take 1st place in the most disastrous loco taco. I would have been more satisfied if they forgot it. To summarize, I would rather fall asleep with my mouth wide open and have a homeless man take a dump in my nostrils than to ever order from here again. read more

I don't know what kind of operation they're running at Taco Bell in Camden, DE, but today's experience was awful. First, they don't take online orders. Second, they said they couldn't take credit cards and needed exact change bc they supposedly didn't have change. Finally, they said they don't do the Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box, that I was going to order online in the first place. I decided to not purchase anything. They need to get it together. This isn't the first time I've had bad service there and they close early all the time bc they run out of stuff. Very disappointing visit. This restaurant is the absolute worst! I'd give 0 stars if I could. We ordered our food and it took over an hour for us to receive it. When we got it, the order was half wrong and none of the tacos had any real meat to speak of in them; they were all just tortillas loaded up with lettuce and cheese. It was also entirely ice cold. We had to throw everything out. I'm usually not a "speak to the manager" type of person, but to pay $41 for cold, improperly prepared food is absolutely ridiculous. Staff seemed nice however waited in drive through a long time and when we finally got to the window we were told to go around the building and park and they would bring our order out to us. No Suprise everyone that was ahead of us was also parked. Again we waited for quite some time and I finally went into the store where a nice young lady greeted me and completed my order. After we left, we took out the food and it was incorrect. I ordered the supreme tacos but did not get the sour cream. I ate them anyway because if I went back, it would have probably taken a lot longer. About a half an hour later I became sick to my stomach and nauseous. This is a very bad fast food restaurant. First, we've been coming here for years--at least 10. It is NOT the same place that it used to be. We got a large, order tonight in the drive-thru. A few things were missed but I didn't know til we got home. Since most of one kids meal was missing, I went back, expecting to fight (always used to have to). The manager apologized several times, got our missing items, and added something extra to the bag for our inconvenience though I told him he didn't need to. It's taco bell and kfc so you know what you are getting. They are friendly but SLOW. This is not a drive thru it is a drive wait and park.. If there are more than two cars in line you will be waiting for 20 minutes. I don't think they are understaffed since there are plenty of employees there. This location has earned 2 awards! The "Slowest Drive-Thru" and "Worst Customer Service" awards. We placed our order at the drive-thru at 12:45 and were 5th in line. The first car in line must have had issues because we sat in line without moving for over 12 minutes. After 15 minutes we arrived at the window to pay and pickup our food. The girl advised me that the KFC hot wings I ordered weren't ready & would be another 9 min and asked if I still wanted them. Even though I was frustrated with the long wait, I decided to wait the additional nine minutes. She then turned to the back to say that I still wanted them so they could start cooking. REALLY? They should've started cooking them when ordered! I then proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes before going inside to see what was going on. They said it would be a few more minutes. I asked who the manager was and they stated "Mike" but did not know his last name. I return to my car to continue waiting with my family. After about 3 minutes they came out with my hot wings. At this point we had waited 15 minutes since picking up the Taco Bell portion at the drive-through and the food was getting cold. I returned inside to have that order re-done. Mike, the manager replaced our order and apologized but made no further offer to compensate. A offer of a soda or an extra burrito would have gone a long way to show concern & take ownership of the problem. We will never return. It wasn't until writing this that I noticed the well earned low score rating on Yelp. I guess there's something to these ratings. read more

My visit to this taco Bell today was the worst visit I have ever had at any fast food establishment. I went through the drive through before I pulled away I asked if everything was in the bag. Women said yes (she turned out to be a manager she said) half the meal was missing. I drove around again and went into the store front was greeted for my order, and stated my issue. I stood and waited for my additional items for 15 min to find out they didn't even start to assemble my items. I was able to start and finish reading the entire book Gone With The Wind from the time I ordered my food until it was ready. A lot of people say you're better off going to Dover for Taco Bell, i'd say you're probably better off going to Mexico and back to get authentic Mexican food, it'll probably be faster.
