Nice spot tucked in behind a grocery story. The restaurant is not fancy, but the food definitely is amazing. My son got the tacos which have a street taco style to them. This little hole in the wall is one of my favourite treasures in Harford County. When you first walk in you are greeted by the super market aspect of this business. Need ingredients for your perfect elote? A box of horchata to make at home? Plantains? They have it. When you walk all the way to the back you get to the food. A hidden gem in a non-descript shopping center in Aberdeen, cross-corner from Ollie's Bargain Outlet. My daughter had a massive steak quesadilla (and I mean MASSIVE). I had birria tacos and cheese pupusas. Haven't had pupusas this good since a long-ago trip to Yuma, AZ. Gotta give this place 5 stars. Most of the workers are Spanish speaking but some do understand basic English. I know Spanish but not extremely well so I did my best to speak Spanish but I felt like if you did not know any Spanish you would still be able to communicate. They have Baleadas, Pupusa's, tacos and so much more!!! It's all so delicious! I love all the sides they give you when you are taking it to go as well. Wow! This food was absolutely amazing! We ordered an order of yucca con chicharron, which was a good appetizer and had a nice crunch to it. The cabbage with tomato sauce along with the yucca and pork was very tasty and a good accompaniment to the mild flavors. The campechano steak and chorizo burrito was huge and delicious and I could only eat half. Love to have leftovers for the next day...a special treat! We also ordered one al pastor taco to try and it was definitely my favorite meat. It has a nice sweetness to the pork marinade with the right amount of chili seasoning added. I opted for 1) Pupusa frijol/queso and it was SLAMMIN! When I tell you, the pupusa was fried perfectly and the cheese was ohhhh so ooowey gooey good with beans and flowers inside. So happy I made this selection. On to the main course - I got a 2) burrito de pollo. That thing was MASSIVE and packed with flavorful ingredients. To round things off, the drink selections were such a nice change from what you normally get when you eat out. My 1st drink was hibiscus tea. DAYUM, that was soooooo good! Then I saw a Tamarind drink and I NEVER had that before. I simply HAD to taste it and OH MY G**!!!!! That drink was everything! I went in this market looking for a specific soda my son found in Bogota that he loved and found it on their shelves of packed of Central and South American goodies.
