First impression: this restaurant smells like sewage. The service was good, especially since there was almost ten of us. The lengua tacos were good, however, most of us were not crazy for the cuisine. I did like that the drinks were served in small pitchers and the prices are fantastic. Omg--the absolute best Mexican we've had in years. Funny, as the last good Mexican food on the east coast was also in Delaware, though in Newark, before kids. They were out of lengua, we still had al pastor & chorizo, whole fried tilapia, guacamole. Water served in small pitchers. Their guacamole had basil, but so good, served with freshly fried tortillas--crispy & brittle. Maybe a dash of pineapple? Smoked paprika? We asked for a few more chips. Sure. The tacos were on freshly made tortillas. We still didn't have napkins, or forks. The server seemed confused by our request for silverware, again when we requested salsas. Chipotle salsa had a good amount of heat, salsa verde light, lime, tomatillo, yum. Fish served. Um, may i have a knife please? Questioned look. Oh. Tortillas too? Total b4 tip: 58.99. We are stuffed beyond belief, devoured every morsel on each plate. Authentic food, only 2 servers who were also bussers, hosts, bartenders. Incredible place, the first restaurant my kids have been to in 20 months, and they loved it. Mostly Spanish-speaking clientele. If you care: no one is masked, they don't care if you are. Bibi's Restaurant & Bar (Milford): My Say, My Way... 10-7-18 8PM Parking was easy, strip mall, plenty of places to park. I liked the changing graphic sign out in front of the place. When we stepped in, the decor was clean, yet you felt a club vibe. You could see all kinds of lights all over the ceiling. My guess is this place knows how to party. This was Sunday, so it was more family oriented. The place was decent sized, 10 booths, many high tops, and a bar with seats. Service was top notch, anything we needed, we had in a reasonable time. This place keeps it fresh, they were out of bread for tortas, and pork tonight. Of course I know because that's what I tried to order. To me, on a Sunday night, 2 hours from closing, this is forgivable. I ordered a Modelo bottle. It was the perfect temperature, cold, and refreshing. Looks like they had an ok selection of tequila, enough to get you by. I didn't see many heavy hitters. Chips & Salsa!!!! Chips....homemade, crunchy, delicious!!! These are probably my favorite chips I've had in my 40+ reviews this year. Salsa...1 was pureed pretty hard, but man was it good with just a hint of heat to it. Honestly, I could drink this stuff, it's that good. Salsa....2 was a chunky fresh veg medley. This had such a great flavor explosion to it, super fresh taste, and had a nice heat punch. Salsa....3 was green with a nice taste of cilantro. This was my favorite overall. I wish I would have got a picture of the little salsa bar they have. I got too busy when I started eating. Next time!!! I ordered tacos: they do 3 per order so I went with the cow head. The tacos were, the, best, tacos, I've had so far on this journey. The homemade tortillas were where they will be judged from here on out. The meat was seasoned perfect, and was melt in your mouth amazing. I made my other 2 friends try them, it was that good. I've had some good tacos de cabeza, these were better than I've tried. The cilantro and onion just set it off. I've been thinking about these for the last 4 days... I ordered the steak huarache. The steak was seasoned good, not my favorite steak, right in the upper middle of the road. What made up for it, was the incredible tortilla on the bottom, and every layer in between. Funny thing is, it tasted even better the next day, and I enjoyed the steak much more. My friend told be that the burrito he had was probably the best burrito he has had lifetime... Ate here with my wife in September 2020. I thought I was ordering a simple fried tilapia but it came with the skeleton too. If I had seen the picture of what it looked like I probably wouldn't have ordered it but it was very good.l, amazing. It tasted like it had never been frozen, super fresh. I would order again. I think our waiter came to our table a total of 5 times- to bring chips, to take our order, to deliver our order, and to deliver/ pickup the check. I honestly can't speak about the quality of the food. It's been about 5 years since we ate at Bibi's because the food was pretty lousy last time. We decided to give it another try today. However when our server came over she was wearing a top that I honestly thought was her bra. I wasn't really all that thrilled about my husband, adult son and teenage grandson staring at this woman's breasts every time she came to the table. She didn't look professional at all to be a server. Felt more appropriate for a strip club. She handed us menus with absolutely no prices on it. I guess they get to decide the prices for you. Needless to say we left and walked down the shopping center to Sabor Latino. The birria tacos were AMAZING!!! The people were polite and the restaurant was clean. I came here with my girlfriend for lunch on a weekday and we both ordered the Tortas Al Pastor. A huge sandwich with everything you'd want in a sandwich with French fries . Seriously- I could only eat half of the sandwich. They also give you chips and salsa as an appetizer before you get your meal. Everything is home made, including their salsa bar which has a selection of 6-8 different salsas. We brought the crew back for dinner a week later. Tons of different dishes but everyone loved their food. My partner had a couple different tacos (tripe tongue and head) all were quite good. I tried the Chicken BB's - fajita style chicken, pork, bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onions and pepper with corn tortilla. I could only eat 1/4 of it but that means yummy lunch for tomorrow! The only suggestion I'd make is to cook the French fries a little longer so they get crispy. read more

My absolute favorite spot. I go here once a week and am never disappointed. Staff is always attentive, food is always prepared perfectly, and the salsa is delicious. I can't even pick a favorite dish, but some of my go to options are the Huaraches which are perfectly piled, or the tacos which are cooked perfectly, and have some of the best tortillas I've ever had. Don't miss out on the fresh Guac, it's superior to anything else in the area, and makes for a great appetizer while you wait. Sometimes food may take a minute, and serving is not instantaneous, but it's absolutely worth the wait. They also have a great night scene where the place turns into a club. Music, tv and entertainment abound at this local 5star restaurant. read more

Bibi's makes the biggest and best burrito I've ever eaten. Unfortunately, their customer service totally sucks. I order by phone and they tell me it will be 15 minutes. I've learned to wait 20 minutes before leaving the house and even then, I mostly have to wait because they haven't finished making ONE BURRITO! I ordered today. They said 20 minutes. I waited a half hour and when I went in, they hadn't started the order. They told me it would be about 10 minutes more (which I've learned means 20 minutes). I looked in the kitchen. There were three women, standing around, doing absolutely NOTHING. None had masks on. There was one table of customers--4 people in total. How could it possibly take 40 minutes to make one damn burrito. I decided I just couldn't stand the lousy service anymore and I definitely wasn't going to eat in a restaurant where the help wasn't wearing masks. Go somewhere else. Fortunately, this place caters more to Mexican tastes than a certain overpriced and overrated option in the area that shall remain nameless. The salsa bar is definitely the best feature here, which includes a rainbow assortment of salsas, many with serious heat. I tried their fajitas, which included a generous amount of... everything. As an LA resident who visits family in Delaware regularly, I'm glad to have this option. In Milford, DE it's hard to find a restaurant that doesn't serve American cuisine. Enter Bibi's! This place has awesome Mexican food. I stopped in today on my lunch break for something different and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered three pork tacos with cheese and they were awesome! Lots of flavor without adding sauce from the bar but I went ahead and added some anyway. The heat was immediately kicked into high gear but with great flavor. We grabbed the servers attention and she didn't even bother to say sorry or something. My cousin had to grab a napkin and kill it herself!!! My husband and I stopped by there for late lunch. I was disappointed with the service. Our waitress never greeted us, just dropped off the menus and continue with our drink order. We ordered 2 piña coladas and placed our food order at the same time. Fresh chips & salsa were place in our table ! I Then Sad to say that our Food came out before our piña coladas (which were too sweet anyway) sweeter than my agua de horchata! Our waitress brought out our food and told us if we needed salsas to get up and get it from the salsa bar My husband torta cubana left a lot to be desired & his fries were salty, saggy and oily. I had tacos de chuleta ahumada & were on point. I appreciate the freshness of handmade tortillas and the variety of the salsas that are located at the salsa bar. I had salsa verde con aguacate was very spicy which I Love, pico de gallo w/piña, & salsa de chiles secos. All were a delight to my tastebuds. On the down side - why aren't some of the salsas on the table or brought out with our tacos? It's not a buffet style taqueria, and to me it was an inconvenient to have to keep getting up for more salsa because their container are very small. This gem is tucked away in a strip mall. Hard to find, since Apple takes you two blocks away, but it is next to the Gigante supermarket. The food is finger-licking good! We ordered tacos all around. Al pastor with cheese for the kids, I had the al pastor as well, with one carne. The hubby had the sausage taco in addition. The sausage was the only one he did not like. The others were great. The absolute star of the show is the salsa bar. Be warned, the orange bits in the red cabbage salsa are NOT carrots. They are scotch bonnet peppers :) OMG, it was soooo good. My sister & I decided to try this place and boy were we disappointed. After seating ourselves and waiting a few minutes, the waitress approached our table and dropped off menus. She did not greet us, tell us if they had lunch specials.....NOTHING!! If it were busy, I'd understand but it wasn't. She came back a few minutes later, pulled out her pad and just stood there. It was so awkward! I finally sarcastically said, "What would you like to drink"? My sister then asked if they had Pepsi or Coke products. As she's waiting on us, a Spanish couple walks in and she greets them "Buenes Dias". The rest of the story goes downhill from there. The food was mediocre and not well seasoned.
