Been to this location a few times the last few months - because they have 1-2 people working if you are lucky on a Saturday night. They leave mobile ordering on and you get there to find out they are closed at 7:00PM on a weekend...Went there this week twice for the volcano taco items since they are one of my favorite items of all time. Get there and ordered 3 of the tacos, 0 lava sauce on any of them. Go back a second time and ask for sauce, mind you for $1 on the side and they fill the sauce cup up literally 1/5 of the way and still zero sauce on the tacos. I fail to understand how it takes more than 2 extra seconds to add sauce to an advertised item that's $3 mind you. The prices Taco Bell charges are absurd compared to their competitors and the amount they pay the employees is reflected in what you get. Do not go here. Ever. I implore you it is not worth it, this place has been an absolute trainwreck for 3+ years. read more

I have been here a few times and it was always spot on and what I asked for. However the past two times I have gone late at night there is a new guy working who takes at least 8-10 minutes to take a simple order. I asked for a 2 cheese quesadillas with the creamy jalapeño sauce and he tells me that it comes with that and I say good. He then confirms with me that I would like that on it. The food making was quick and ready when I got there and I was impressed and glad that it was ready. I sit in the parking lot and have a bite and there's no sauce at all. I go to try the second one and there's none in that either after the employee told me it came in it and also confirmed with me I would like it. I forget it and move on and eat what I payed for. I went there again another time and same deal with the ordering. Took an unnecessarily long time due to lack of training or just simply just didn't care. I get my food which took a little while and I park and check the bag and am missing a few things of my order. I go back and tell him that I'm missing it and instead of remaking it he insists he already made it and goes to look for it. I sat there impatiently and upset having to deal with this. I watch the time go by and it took this certain employee near 20 minutes and when he brings the bag he said it was sitting on the drive thru window the whole time. After this I go home and go to eat the tacos I had not already opened and get this. That wasn't the end of my night of mistakes made by the great Taco Bell. I walked into this place with my friends one day, and immediately as i walked in, the manager comes up to the counter and asks "Are you gonna order food or have to get out". Before I could even get to the ordering tablet!! I ordered my food and received it, then i asked him if we are aloud to get a refill from a cup from another restaurant and he immediately threatened to kick me out and accuse me of stealing. I ordered seperate drinks with no issue and ate my food with my friends. My friend then made a joke "Is it because i'm black" Simply minding our business at our table and he yells out from across the table, "Actually no i'm this and that race and i suffer way more in this country than anyone" I was shocked. Coming from the manager of the restaurant, as we are just simply kids minding our business ordering food, this is absurd. We go to the arboretum after school and have never had any issues there till now, for no reason! He had no reason to be upset. read more

I am hopelessly devoted to Taco Bell and this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We have had several terrible experiences there over the last three years. 7:15pm - 7:50pm stuck in the drive thru. Never in my life have I seen such disarray and confusion. I'm being nice saying that. There was only a few cars in the drive thru and each order took 10+ mins just to complete with the outmost confusion I've ever endured. If I was the on duty manager I would fire myself. It was a single lane drive thru so there was no leaving. I'm really sorry to leave a review this way but at this level of extreme failure it has to be done. We placed a mobile order an hour before their scheduled closing time. When we arrived we were told they were closed (an hour before their closing time). When we told them we had placed a mobile order, that was already paid for, the employees gave us attitude, they decided to raise their voice at us, and claimed they couldn't control the app. Which we knew wasn't true because we had just tried ordering at different location and it didn't allow us to because they were ACTUALLY closed. I work in the restaurant industry and there's 0 reason to give any customer any sort of attitude. They said that only one person was working and that's why they were closed. If that's the case, I suggest scheduling more employees till close and not raising your voice at customers. No need for it. read more

This is by far one of Tver slowest Taco Bell's I've ever been too. I order via mobile, upon getting Intimfeind thru, i was the 6th person inline. I have been coming to Taco bell for many years and have always loved the food. However, this evening my opinion has changed. I ordered two of my favorite items, the Taco Salad and Burrito Supreme. I was shocked how they both have apparently changed for the worse. The taco salad is so much smaller and is even in a smaller box. The taco salad is so small now, I can hold the whole salad in the palm of my hand and I couldn't do that before. I noticed even the tray the salad rests on is now very similar or the same one used for the taco pizza tray. I am not happy that taco bell has shrunk the salad. Also, the burrito supreme is much smaller and now i can easily finish both they are so small. I ordered the beef versions of both and if this is what is happening at taco bell then I will go somewhere else. Not happy. I can say as I was ordering I noticed the service was very good and fast. I ordered take out and ate at home. This particular Taco bell is very clean and nice looking. Because of the change is portion size I have to give a two star rating. If taco bell changes sizes of portions they need to tell us because we expected different. read more

Two things. Some serious stomach gut pain right after eating their 5 dollar cravings deal and why the heck is the dine in closed randomly all of the sudden. I ordered a 5 dollar cravings deal months ago (stopped going there) at around 5 to 7 pm on Saturday. After a couple of hours, the inside of my stomach felt like it tearing a little. This pain lasted for 2 whole weeks and I was not happy or satisfied with this experience at all. Also, their survey is a scam. I did a total of 100 surveys out of all my visits and never won. I think they only give the 500 dollars to people who work there, friends, or relatives. Or people who spend hundreds regularly. Recently like weeks ago, they kept the dine in closed for no reason. I won't go back. I got the veggie burrito. First, it is $2.59 here and my neighborhood TacoBell it's $2. On top of that, it had NO guacamole, HARDLY ANY shredded cheese, no onions, and maybe three pieces of tomato the size of a pea. Oh, and literally one SMALL bit of sour cream that filled almost half of my last bite of the burrito and it was a small bite. So, let's call it MAYBE HALF a TEASPOON of sour cream You get the picture. The burrito was ONLY rice and beans. Also, it is supposed to be put on the grill after it is wrapped to grill at least one side. It was not. It was just a big wad of uncooked, cold burrito. Yuk! If that were not enough, the Pepsi was both watery and flat. Clearly both the owner and the manager of this restaurant couldn't give a rat's butt about what is going on here, except perhaps their concern with trying to scrimp as much as possible to the point that the food does not even meet the basic Taco Bell recipes! How is this location still open for business? Even before COVID this place was slow. I'm talking 20+ mins to get through the drive through slow. Now, multiple times on occasions weeks apart I have pulled up to the drive through only to be told that the drive through is out of order. I assume this is what the employees do whenever they are overwhelmed to decrease their orders and scare off business. I can understand labor shortages etc. due to the pandemic, but the business owner surely would care to know that the employees are actively driving away business. The customer service at this location was FAR below what any human being deserves. We spent 15 minutes in line and got to the order box at 9:45. The woman on the speaker said that the last order had already been taken, meanwhile the restaurant doesn't close until midnight. There were cars behind us, multiple cars in front of us, and because of the way the drive through is set up, there was no way for us to get out of line except for to sit in line behind the other people getting their food. When we asked the woman on the box what we should do about sitting in line, she turned her headset off and didn't acknowledge us past that. Again, for a restaurant that closes at midnight, I find it confusing as to why the last order was taken at 9:45. Super disappointing service. read more

Sometimes they aren't even open in the morning at the time it says on their doors.. like this morning. The dining room has a speed problem. They prioritize the drive thru so there is only one person on food prep for the dining room and it's extremely slow. From the service to the food, everything was just plain terrible. The man taking our order was super unfriendly, got our order wrong, and when we took it back to be corrected, it was given back to us incorrect again.
