I have not had some Taco Bell in a minute. I decided to go on my way home from work. Wanted to get the Chicken and Beef Supreme Burritos. I got home about 20 minutes away and found that the ingredients inside each burrito was refried beans and cheese with only 2. 1/2 inch square pieces of chicken in one and the same in the beef. I paid $27. For my order which included cinnamon sticks and nacho fries and cheese... Question TACO BELL CORPORATE, are you stealing from everyone or just me? It's not exactly these employees fault please read. Although on occasion you get that rude person or that person that isn't paying attention but overall my problem is with this self service and drive thru. They are creating an atmosphere where less people are even going inside to eat and the ones that do end up suffering because it's hard to get service. For example I placed a mobile order and it took me 15 minutes to get my food. Not because there wasn't people here but because they are basically trained to service the drive thru and now that there's not a permanent person in the front taking orders, people like me who still go inside are suffering. This lack of service is due to Taco Bell's brand pushing self service. I'm surprised they haven't asked for tips yet. read more

Took them 15 minutes to get my DRINK out, and I had to remind them to get my friend's order. How does it take 20+ minutes to make 1 chicken quesadilla? I've worked in the restaurant industry and there's machines that can make them in like 5 minutes, this is ridiculous. They didn't even bother to cut it for her. The restaurant was almost completely empty, it wasn't busy at all and it still took so long! Doordash/Mobile orders were coming out no problem, while we were waiting forever. Another one of my friends got a 5 layer bean burrito that was absolutely disgusting. Couldn't even choke it down. I understand places have staffing issues but this was so bad. All the while, mobile customers went at a snail's pace but none the least got serviced. Totally understand the app orders were a top priority, but to be treated like I am not there is inexcusable. What can I say... it's Taco Bell. I have a strange obsession with Chalupas so this review will be super biased. Based on the fact that this location can sling out a great #6 (two chalupas, one taco, and a drink combo) I will give it a solid 3 stars. I've eaten in the dining room before where there was a strange odor (probably because the water wasn't changed when they wiped down the tables).... but I've been in there before when it was fine. The drive-thru at this location can get pretty long due to it's location near I-85 and the university, but it's taco bell and they move everyone through in good time (most of the time). read more
