I finally asked the front counter employee what category this menu item was listed under because I couldn't find it on the screen. He wasn't able to locate the Chicken Chalupa on the menu either so he just had me come up to the front counter so he could take my order. He said he was not familiar with ordering on the kiosk. I don't like to order at the front counter because I always customize substitutions when placing my order on the Kiosk. I received my order that I placed at the front counter in a short amount of time. I noticed my "Loaded" Beef Nachos had very little beef, the refried beans were dumped together, very little cheese and the chips were stale. I also placed a to go order for my husband & had to ask several employees where the order was because I had received notification on my phone that the order was ready. Employees had no clue where the boxed order was even though I could see the order ready to go just sitting on the counter behind the front counter. I couldn't just go behind the register & get the order Overall the food & service was lacking today. I won't be back for a return visit as this was not the first time food, service & cleanliness was not the best at this location.

The food was good and the service was fine, except when I asked a question as explained below, I only got an "I'm sorry" in response. I ordered a burrito that was supposed to come with beans and rice as stated on the menu. My plate only held a burrtito. I asked the server where my beans and rice were and she said it did not come with beans and rice. The price is a little high for the area and the atmosphere could use a little work, but it is relatively new. I won't return; just not good enough for the price and an incorrect menu. read more

I ordered the chile rellenos, and they were hands down the worst I've ever had. I've only ever known chile rellenos to be roasted, stuffed, egg-battered, and fried in the classic style. This version was breaded in what seemed like flour and tasted like it had been cooked or reheated on a flat top instead of properly fried. The texture was completely off. The filling was even worse. It tasted like a cheap ground beef blend, possibly something like 70/30, with a mushy texture closer to oatmeal than seasoned beef. It was so bad that I sent it back, which is something I rarely do. The waiter kindly offered another option, but then came back and said the cook -- possibly the owner -- said I would have to pay for both plates. At that point, I decided I would rather stay hungry than gamble on another dish. For a restaurant with this many positive reviews, I expected much better. The service was acceptable, and the dining room was pleasant, but the food quality was extremely disappointing. A nice atmosphere cannot make up for poorly prepared food and a kitchen that refuses to stand behind what it serves. I would not return.
