Consistently the best chicken quesadilla by a fast food type establishment. I grab one at least once a week! Their fresh salsa is good too. Get a large it's only $1. Tacos are decent. Good ratio of cheese and meat, not greasy food either. read more

It would be so easy to dismiss Taco Mayo as run of the mill fast food, but one taste of their offerings, you realize it's so much better quality than most FF establishments. Expect to find find your typical Mexican Fast Food fare here. Tacos, burritos and nachos are on the menu and whiles the offerings may seem standard, they are just done really well as far as American approximations of Mexican Fast Food are concerned. The food is fresh, and you can taste it. All the individual components are great- the refried beans are flavorful and not greasy. The tortillas taste fresh as does the other ingredients. The food was also served very hot and there really isn't anything I would want Taco Mayo to change about their food. The service in the drive thru was speedy and nice. No complaints here. I wish we had these in Texas. It'd definitely add it to my rotation! read more

Food was okay, service was not. A lady served up food but only put it on a tray with a thin layer of paper. My family had ordered a few quesadillas and couldn't comfortably eat them on a single tray. I asked for a box or to-go box and she first declined and asked me if i knew how much a box costed (mind you i spent $60 here) I was shocked. She then gave me the box after a few minutes of awkward silence in the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is fine. read more

We came to this location at 9:40pm on a Monday, and they were closed, even though the drive through hours are listed as 10:00am-11:00pm on google and on the signs in the window. There were two cars with their lights on in the parking lot and the employees were sitting in them. Very disrespectful to your customers! read more

I went to taco mayo today for lunch me and my daughter, it took over 45 seconds for someone to look and see if anyone was standing there. Then 2 of the crew members saw me and walked in back w/o helping me. Finally a manager helped me. She wasn't rude but showed no customer service u til she had to. The food was ok but not like it had been before. When we left there was no response, no thank you, or good bye plz come back. That's terrible service to me if u ask me. read more

Zach was amazing! My best friend and I visited this location on our short stay in Oklahoma. I had no clue of what I wanted and knew nothing about this restaurant. Zach was so patient and kind. He educated us on the menu items while still having a friendly demeanor. I wish all customer service reps were like him. He made my visit pleasurable. read more

I just went through the drive thru at the Oklahoma city location on South Counci at around 6:pm on February 12 2021l; I had a very rude interaction with an employee in the drive thru. This is not the first time I have had a r ude employee at this particular location.  I pull up to the window and hear the young African American lady say "you don't even have your change ready" and then quickly and abruptly close the door. She opens the door back up takes my card and hands me my drink and as the door closes says to another employee "that I am being rude" I don't know how you are training your employees; but my wife is a manager for another locally owned fast food restaurant and would not expect her employees to treat customers like this especially when I did nothing to deserve such behavior. read more

Went through the drive through and had an interesting experience. The drive thru server audibly sighed at us and exclaimed "jesus" as we were ordering cause we had to change one thing. The food was good, but the drinks had a funky taste to it, we even got a switch with something else and it still tasted strange. read more

Sunday 7-8-18 around 5:45 pm, I went to the Outlet Shoppes location. I ordered Taco Mayo's Classic Nacho Supreme Combo, 2 soft beef tacos, 1 soft chicken taco, a byob, and small order of Cinnamayos. My total came top $ 20.03. I paid the exact total in cash and was asked to pull around, because they were waiting on my cinnamayos. Which was fine no big deal, even though there weren't any cars in the drive thru. I got the order glanced over it just to make sure the amount of items I ordered were in the bag, got home and realized, I wasn't given a receipt and instead of classic nacho's I was given a loaded bowl. I called the store, the managers tone was already abrasive, she told me to bring the bowl back and she would have it fixed. I sent my husband, when he got there she told him I ordered the bowl and not nachos and it says that on the receipt. My husband explained to her that we weren't given a receipt. She continued to argue with him... then she says that the nacho's were in the other bag.... and my husband said there were just the burrito and tacos in the bag... and you just said my wife ordered the bowl so why would there be nacho's in the other bag. He asked for a copy of the receipt. She reprinted out the receipt, but wouldn't give it to him and said its against store policy to give reprint receipts. So he took a picture of the receipt (in which she tried to stop him and say its not allowed). After the two continued to go back in forth she finally.... decided to make nachos.... and instead of them being loaded it was just meat cheese and sour cream. I am upset because, I have been eating at Taco Mayo (Village location) for years, every since I was in high school. I have never experienced anyone so rude. What happen to customer service? I will be sure to tell all my friends and family not to eat there and leave yelp review... this behavior is unacceptable. What really set me off was her going back and forth with my husband over what I ordered. I don't like any of the things in that bowl... I know what I ordered and I know mistakes can happen... but the fact that you rather argue with a customer is ridiculous and then slap the food together... is disappointing. read more
