I've driven up to an empty drive thru in the middle of the night on a weekday, and have still waited over ten minutes to get my order. How does that make the food "fast". Drive thru employees are disrespectful and give attitude if you take your time, I ordered the nacho bell grande and it tasted like chemicals, I tried to call them to report it but they don't answer the phone. Dine-in hasn't been open in a very long time. They shoved everything in the bag and made a huge packaging mess. They often forget your sauce or if you ask for things without beans, they include them anyway. I would not recommend this location in the area and I don't think others like this location as well. We drove here from Amelia because we wanted Taco Bell. After waiting for a half hour the last time in Amelia, we decided it was time to give up on them. To our surprise, this location was fast and friendly! Our order was about $37...so quite large. Only issue was it was missing one taco, but the accuracy was spot on, which has never happened in two years at Amelia. Food was all hot and fresh. I was mad as! I like my tacos to be filled with protein topped off with the other stuff - you know - the toppings Lettice, tomato sauces and as much cheese as you can stuff in there,,. everything in bountiful balance oh but no - we get a lettice filled tiny taco with bugger all of anything and two teaspoons of protein - so we can play guess what's in my taco! and two bites and its over! The nachos were equally unappalling not only in presentation but the over supply of nacho chips filling the little plastic plate with bugger all protein or sauces - my little fella ate four or five tiny nacho chlps and hey presto no sauce left - may has well feed him a bag of Doritos for tea for a third of the price? Don't get me started on the travesty that they evented called "cinnamon twists" - just because the cheap asses could not produce an authentic Churros - they came up with these little nasty things. The last few months the taco shells have tasted stale. They never cook the nacho fries right anymore. They're never crispy. Never hot. The only thing that's hot is the nacho cheese sauce for the fries. Each time they try to assure me that they're 'Fresh'. I got fries today and they were cold, limp and lifeless. They must not be draining the grease out of the beef before they put it in the tacos because one of my tacos formed a river of grease in the paper wrapper. Update: not much has changed. Still items missing every 8/10 trips. Finding onions in food items that have no business having onion (my husband is allergic). On todays adventure, my family stopped after my husband got off work. Our kids do not like Taco Bell so we stop elsewhere for their food. We waited a solid 10 minutes in line even though no one else was in line ahead of us. Arrived home and noticed two orders of nachos and cheese missing. No big deal it was only about $3.00. Then, my husband was eating a taco and bit into something horribly hard. Really gross! I opened the quesadilla because it felt really light. There was hardly any steak inside. The chili cheese burritos had so little chili that they looked like cheesy roll ups. The woman at the window was very nice, that is the only nice thing to say about this visit. There is no point in complaining to customer service becausw they simply say to come inside and say you have a credit. There is no chance I would walk inside and tell the employees, "hey, you suck at your job and I complained. Now, please make my free food (hold the spit), and Ill be on my way". We thought we had cash but didn't so used a back up credit card that we hadn't used in several months. They took the credit card out of my sight to ring up the transaction.
