Original receipt with no mention of mushrooms
    Tom S.

Went there on Saturday afternoon and ordered a chicken Philly with extra mushrooms onions and mayo. Once I left the store I looked over the receipt and it stated chicken onion and mayo and no mushrooms. I took it back and asked if they could remake it the way I had requested. I handed the sandwich to the manager at the cash register. He scolded me asking how did I know there were no mushrooms if I had not opened the sandwich. I told him the receipt did not have mushrooms on it. The manager opened the sandwich at the register and ran his fingers through the sandwich while saying there are mushrooms on it. I told him I ordered it with extra mushrooms. He said there were mushrooms on it. He was so nasty that I asked for my money back. He then apologized to the couple in line behind me for the wait. The manager never offered to remake the sandwich he only kept telling me there were mushrooms on it. I got my refund and went to the Penn station in mason. The Mason store made the sandwich that I wanted. Look at the picture of the receipts from each store.

a sub sandwich with meat and cheese

Went here today for a quick lunch and was in and out quickily. The employees were friendly and the food was pretty good and filled me up. One complaint I have is the cost. A regular philly steak and a cookie was $10.29 for carryout. You can go down the plaza to Putters and get a chicken philly and tons of fries for the same price. Overall though I enjoyed my lunchand the speed of getting a hot sub made it a 4* although imo it's a 3.5*

Ordered two subs neither correct. Both were poorly made and tasteless. Horrible attitude as well.

Fries are fantastic and made to order, so they're always hot and crisp. Sandwich combinations are limitless. Awesome buns. Nice employees.

We were greeted by the manager as we walked in and seated right away. I'm currently using a walker, so we were seated in the main floor which consisted of bar seating and 3 tables packed together. I saw later that they have plenty of seats upstairs, so I'm sure seating would be more spread out there. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We started off with cocktails and which were only $10! I ordered the BLMT (bacon, arugula, mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, and pesto. served on golden italian bread). It was delicious and I would order it again, but if bacon is the first ingredient listed, there should be more than 2 strips on the entire sandwich. As my side, I got the Grippos Tots which were fantastic! Before we left we signed up for the rewards club because we're sure we'll be back!

If any of the above is your thing, especially for my fellow refugees from the Northeast longing for a taste of home, get yourself here without delay. Tony the proprietor is the nicest guy and you can also call him ahead of time to place an order or discuss the dessert schedule. There's seating for about 10 or 12 people and my last visit was walk in and eat right there. About 8 minutes from time of order till the wonderful pizza was brought forth. Gaze upon those toppings. Yesterday we tried the Corner deli and we had a great experience. Tony was friendly and patient as we asked many questions. :). Very nice guy who knows how to make a very flavorful pizza. PLUS, They sell by the slice!! This was awesome for me because my family all likes a different topping setup. Due to this we almost always just get cheese pizza which we have grown to love and a good cheese pizza can be amazing but toppings are a nice change! Anyway, I got a piece of cheese pizza and a piece with meatball and onions. I enjoyed both a great deal. The meatball/onion combo are very flavorful and enhanced the cheese pizza a great deal.... Then I had the piece of cheese pizza and I have become boring and just love the simplicity of the cheese pizza and Tony makes a great slice of cheese pizza! Maybe get meatballs on the side next time is what I am thinking. We ordered the small salad and LOVED the Balsamic Vinaigrette (Tony mentioned it was homemade)... It was a fresh salad that we shared so it was cool that we could get the croutons and the cheese On the side.... Husband doesn't like them but I think they make the salad :) We had a very nice experience and I look forward to coming back and trying the gravy fries.

The bread was a cut off end that was the size of a mini. The most expensive sub, also the smallest? So my wife called and complained. Secondly, their return policy is mind numbingly stupid. They messed up my sandwich, I have to drive it back (and then back to my house after) and you won't even reimburse me? They continue to mess up our order time after time and when we complained this time and drove back in to get the sandwich, the remade sandwich was so salty, it was inedible. Bunch of young kids running the store. Manager needs to be an adult and fix the system. I'm afraid we are done with this place after this last straw and they really don't seem to care when confronted and they certainly do not change.

The meat tasted bland, and I said light mayo and just look at the picture. Pretty disappointed as all the other locations I've been to (I mean, only 3 counting this one) I've had a positive experience. Obviously, anyone that's been to Jersey Mikes knows the prices are high so we should expect better. P.S. no I didn't complain and ask for a new sandwich so part of its my fault but I hate to waste food. I just picked out the peppers which ironically felt like 50% of the sandwich. I won't be back to this location considering a rival of there's is 1 minute walking distance away. 2* just because it was edible.

So, seeing the building completely renovated and brought back to life was honestly amazing! We came during a fairly busy time of day, and the place was packed. Even so, we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated, which I thought was pretty great for a busy restaurant. I also really liked that they kept the industrial aesthetic throughout the space, it gave the restaurant a lot of character and made the renovation feel intentional. I also noticed that each of the tables had information about their social cornhole league, which I thought was a super fun touch! As for the food it was pretty standard in my opinion. I think if you order the pizza definitely split it as it is quite big, but the fried pickles were delicious! Overall I probably would come again.

If you are in Maineville/Kings Mills area -- or just like in breweries in interesting locations, check it out! We were seated after a short wait by the brewmaster, who also helped us select our beer. Amber ale for me and an IPA for husband. Our server was friendly and prompt, and the food came out quickly. It was pretty busy, being trivia night, but the staff seemed to have a handle on things! We ordered the Brussels and potato appetizer and it was great. It was large and honestly could almost have been dinner for us -- certainly could easily be shared by 4! We cleared the plate on our own though. I had the salmon sandwich with sweet potato fries. Very good, though I was so full from the appetizer so I just ate the salmon from the sandwich, and maybe 1/4 of the fries. Hubs got the burger with an egg on top either regular fries. He was happy with his choice. The brewery itself is very cool -- old brick factory, large wall-to-wall windows, super tall ceilings. We sat at a high top in the bar area which is quite large, though there is dining area. I think the bar area is more interesting looking though. The factory building (now loft apartments), the smoke stack, and the tower, all red brick, are striking looking. It's great the preserved this WWI / WWII era place. Lots of parking but was pretty full on Trivia night!
