I vowed never to return, but upon the insistence of my grand daughter, I went back for her. Saturday night. Ordered online at 7:45. According to the app our order would be ready at 8:00. Right. Walked in at 8:20 and witnessed a customer going through 2 bags on the counter saying "this isn't mine, this isn't mine". Then it was "oops, this must be someone else's order". It was. An employee walked up and slapped a couple labels on the bag with a different person's name on it, called out the name, and a gentleman sitting at a table retrieved it. The employee asked my name, then yelled out to the kitchen formally announcing my arrival. That's when they began preparing my order. While standing there waiting, I was informed by another customer that she had been standing there for 40 minutes waiting for 2 tacos. At 9:00, I was sitting down at my table eating my fresh authentic Mexican dinner. Please note the sarcasm. I just experienced extremely rude and condescending behavior from the bald-headed manager on duty. Every time I visit this location, something is missing from my order, so I took a few seconds at the window to double-check it. This bald headed bully began loudly yelling to the employee to "tell people to move up to check their orders." He said this three times. It was obvious he was trying to pressure me to move, which I didn't. The poor girl working the window seemed very embarrassed. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What is the point of using a drive-thru if I'm expected to pull ahead, discover something is missing, and then go inside to fix the mistake? This has become a constant pattern at this location--incorrect orders, missing items, and staff attitudes (manager only) that make the experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, they were also out of Diet Pepsi. I understand shortages happen, but a major fast-food restaurant consistently running out of basic drink options is unacceptable. The lady at the drive through was ABSOLUTELY rude for no reason. She took my order and when I got my dragon fruit freeze it was all white with a little dragon fruit syrup. I've ordered this drink multiple times and never saw it without color. She proceeded to tell me she worked there for two years and thats how it is. Terrible, just terrible. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. This is a relatively new location, very convenient if you live in or around Flowers Plantation, yet completely mismanaged. My husband and I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive through after placing our order. Yep, you read that correctly... 45 minutes. The cashier did give us a coupon for our next visit, but the food was cold upon receiving despite the long wait. I figured our prior experience was a one-off, so I tried placing a mobile order at this location. I submitted my order while still in Raleigh for the Merchant Ave/Clayton location, yet by the time I drove the 35 minutes back from the office my order was still not ready for pick up. I waited a few minutes inside the restaurant; still no order. I was passed by several employees who saw me standing at the counter, and was not acknowledged once by any of them. One of the employees then proceeded to fill up a cup with soda and again walk by me, and (now) two other waiting customers without so much as a glance in our direction. I was finally able to flag someone down and ask about my order. The employee requested that I show 'proof of purchase', which thankfully I had on my iPhone, before they would release the order to me. One of the worst locations in my area. They don't acknowledge your existence for a prolonged period of time when you walk in, many employees are kind of rude, never have my food ready in a timely manner, gave away my online order one time and had to remake it, and at my most recent visit one of the staff members got an attitude with me after I called them out because I had been standing there for almost 10 minutes with not one of the 5 employees acknowledging me. Some of them just walking right past me. What makes it worse is I think the employee who got an attitude was the manager. Horrible experience time after time. My first fast-food review, and I must say, the bar wasn't set too high - we're talking fast food... Yet, you'd hope for the basics, like, you know, getting your entire order. The issue here for me is that this location hasn't been opened that long but in my three visits, I've never received my entire order. I guess at this point, shame on me for returning but come on Taco Bell. I've had food items missing on all three separate occasions. And folding a burrito seems to be a lost art here; it's more of a tortilla with some toppings thrown in the paper. Is burrito folding not in the job description at Taco Bell? Do they even have criteria? But, with that, some positivity - my last order included a card with a note and a hotline for order discrepancies. So that a sign they're trying to fix their fiasco. My order still wasn't right, but at least I got to chat with 'Jose' (thanks, number on the card), who was surprisingly helpful and very nice. I placed an order for 4 items using the Taco Bell app. I arrived at this Taco Bell and let them know that I was there to pick up my order. They started working on my order as I waited. After a while I asked about my order again and the person at the front said that the person working on my order had made 2 of the items and then stepped away. The person at the front completed my order. It took 30 minutes from the time I placed the order to the time I received it. If I had known it takes 30 minutes at this Taco Bell, I would have gone to a nearby sit down restaurant and would have finished sooner with better quality food. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. This Taco Bell has no sense of urgency whatsoever. This Taco Bell should not be considered "fast" food. read more

well, how to start with this beautiful and amazing experience and my boyfriend and I had. I 100% embrace that this service that they offer in this restaurant is not worth it so much that I have left extra fries and I asked my boyfriend if he wanted it and he's respond was "no thank you I want to erase it all all of experience all of it. From my memory." how to start explaining that I order two nacho fries large and they serve small nacho fries and a large cup. We order extra cheese and put that extra cheese in there and the other two cheese they were coming with the fries or more empty than half empty I think that I could swipe like three fries in each of those and that was it the tacos the Chalupa's were good of all of the order the crunch wrap supreme were extremely burned extremely bad and it look like a disc skinny. Mexican pizza almost no cheese on top no sauce on top four little pieces of tomatoes and one side was with the meat and the other side was with the beans and tortillas more. tortillas then tortillas because they were dead burn and fry and extremely old old old oil. So yes, that's my experience with this Taco Bell. This has been the most lowest of low experience that we have ever experienced with Taco Bell. Wow! Tried the limited time Strawberry Creme freeze today and it was delicious! Ordered online and the food was ready before we walked into the door (about 5 minutes)! The food was hot, fresh abs yummy as usual. The taste frozen treat was delightful as well. So nice to walk into a fast food restaurant and it be spotless. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They never have anything in stock (nacho cheese, beef, drink cups). This Taco Bell is brand new and yet it still has horrible customer service. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes and did not get my order taken. They give you your food without half of the correct items, when I went back to get it corrected they gave back the same incorrect item. I would never recommend going to this Taco Bell. Went inside, a lady looked at me and said, "it's wrong isn't it?" I said yes, then a guy came to me, opened my bag and looked at each item then proceeded to blame it on another worker.
